AB \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri ve G\u00f6\u00e7 Komiseri Magnus Brunner, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n etkili \u015fekilde kontrol edilmesinin hem korunmaya muhta\u00e7 ki\u015fileri korumak hem de k\u00fcresel rekabette g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kalmak i\u00e7in gerekli oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n
Yeni strateji \u00fc\u00e7 hedefe dayan\u0131yor: d\u00fczensiz g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc ve insan ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek, sava\u015f ve bask\u0131dan ka\u00e7anlar\u0131 korumak ve AB’ye uzman i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc kazand\u0131rmak. Buna g\u00f6re g\u00f6\u00e7 yollar\u0131 boyunca AB destekli “\u00e7ok ama\u00e7l\u0131 merkezler” kurulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Bu merkezlerin nas\u0131l i\u015fleyece\u011fine dair ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar ise hen\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131klanmad\u0131.<\/p>\n
AB, son d\u00f6nemde M\u0131s\u0131r ve Libya gibi \u00fclkelerle i\u015f birli\u011fini art\u0131rarak d\u00fczensiz g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131rlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler’e (BM) g\u00f6re M\u0131s\u0131r’da kriz b\u00f6lgelerinden gelen yakla\u015f\u0131k bir milyon m\u00fclteci bulunuyor.<\/p>\n

Stratejide, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkili geri g\u00f6ndermelerin s\u0131\u011f\u0131nma sisteminin g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi i\u00e7in zorunlu oldu\u011fu vurgulan\u0131yor. AB, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te vize politikalar\u0131n\u0131 da bir ara\u00e7 olarak kullanacak.
