Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ile Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcnel A\u00e7ma Makineleriyle (TBM) t\u00fcnel kaz\u0131lar\u0131 devam ederken, t\u00fcnellerin kal\u0131c\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan segmentlerin \u00fcretimi de fabrika ortam\u0131nda kesintisiz olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Saha ve \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin e\u015f g\u00fcd\u00fcm i\u00e7inde ilerlemesi, projenin planlanan takvim do\u011frultusunda h\u0131zla yol almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><b>TBM\u2019LER T\u00dcNELDE, SEGMENTLER FABR\u0130KADA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6rfezray\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcpra\u015f-Petkim ile \u00d6zdilek aras\u0131ndaki 19 istasyonu kapsayan 1. etap \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda T\u00fcnel A\u00e7ma Makineleri (TBM) Seka Devlet Hastanesi sahas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flarken, Derince Millet Bah\u00e7esi sahas\u0131nda ise kurulumu devam ediyor. TBM\u2019ler kaz\u0131ya devam ederken, ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k olarak monte edilen t\u00fcnelin i\u00e7 kaplamas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan segmentler ise e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak \u0130zmit\u2019te yer alan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck segment fabrikas\u0131nda \u00fcretiliyor. Metro t\u00fcnelinin uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc ve g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde hizmet vermesini sa\u011flayacak olan segmentler, \u0130zmit Seka Devlet Hastanesi yan\u0131ndaki 12 bin metrekare kapal\u0131 alana sahip modern fabrikada imal ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>METRO T\u00dcNELLER\u0130 \u0130\u00c7\u0130N SEGMENT \u00dcRET\u0130M\u0130 TAM GAZ<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Tesiste toplam 120 adet kal\u0131ptan olu\u015fan 20 set segment kal\u0131b\u0131 yer al\u0131rken, bu noktada y\u00fcksek \u00fcretim kapasitesiyle kesintisiz imalat s\u00fcreci y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
