Art\u0131k o \u00fccretler al\u0131nmayacak"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lokanta, restoran, kafe, pastane ve benzeri yiyecek i\u00e7ecek hizmeti sunan i\u015fletmelerin t\u00fcketicilerden servis, masa \u00fccreti veya benzeri isimler alt\u0131nda ilave \u00f6deme talep etmesi yasakland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan &#8220;Fiyat Etiketi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8217;nde De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Y\u00f6netmelik&#8221;, Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi.<\/p>\n<p><b>O \u00dcCRETLER KALDIRILDI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re lokanta, kafe, restoran ve pastane ile benzeri yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek hizmeti sunulan i\u015f yerleri art\u0131k t\u00fcketicilerden servis, masa, kuver \u00fccreti ve benzeri herhangi bir isim alt\u0131nda ilave \u00f6deme talep edemeyecek.<\/p>\n<p>Yay\u0131mlanan y\u00f6netmelik \u015fu \u015fekilde: &#8220;Tarife ve fiyat listesinde g\u00f6sterilen fiyatlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herhangi bir isim alt\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir \u00fccret al\u0131nmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde, bunun tarife ve fiyat listesinde g\u00f6sterilmesi zorunludur.
