T\u00fcrkiye’de sadece iki ilde \u00fcretimi yap\u0131lan deri tulumlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 Erzincan’da haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. Y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcregelen tulum peyniri gelene\u011finin ya\u015fat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kentte, Norve\u00e7’ten getirilen do\u011fal beyaz koyun derileri, modern tesislerde i\u015flenerek peynir \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lmaya haz\u0131r hale getiriliyor.<\/p>\n
Erzincan’daki deri i\u015fleme tesislerinde \u00f6zenle haz\u0131rlanan tulumlar; ba\u015fta Erzincan tulum peyniri olmak \u00fczere \u00c7orum, Erzurum, Tunceli, Elaz\u0131\u011f, Malatya, Van, Bing\u00f6l, \u0130stanbul, Mardin ve Adana gibi bir\u00e7ok ildeki peynir \u00fcreticilerine g\u00f6nderiliyor. \u00dcr\u00fcnler, peynirin do\u011fal ko\u015fullarda olgunla\u015fmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flarken, Erzincan ekonomisine de do\u011frudan gelir kazand\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
