Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en ba\u015fta Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z olmak \u00fczere herkese te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz&#8221; ifadelerine yer verdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f yerleriyle ilgili de de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan \u00d6zg\u00fcl, Malatya \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131 merkezinde i\u015f yeri arz\u0131n\u0131n da ihtiya\u00e7tan fazla oldu\u011funu belirterek, &#8220;Deprem sonras\u0131 \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131 merkezinde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda tamamland\u0131. TOK\u0130 ve Emlak Konut taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan i\u015f yerlerinin y\u00fczde 90&#8217;\u0131 bitmi\u015f durumda. \u015eu an ihtiya\u00e7tan fazla i\u015f yeri var. \u0130\u015f yeri arayan esnaf\u0131m\u0131z panik yapmas\u0131n&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f yeri kiralar\u0131n\u0131n da zamanla d\u00fc\u015fece\u011fini ifade eden \u00d6zg\u00fcl, &#8220;M\u00fclk sahipleri \u015fu an y\u00fcksek taleplerde bulunuyor ancak arz fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle bu kiralar oturacakt\u0131r.
