Ticaret \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ersin Terzi, gazetecilere, denetimlerde, raflardaki \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin fiyat etiketlerinin mevzuata uygun yer al\u0131p almad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn raf ve kasadaki fiyat\u0131 aras\u0131nda uyu\u015fmazl\u0131k olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, lokanta, restoran gibi yiyecek i\u00e7ecek hizmetinin sunuldu\u011fu i\u015fletmelerde de fiyat listeleri ile men\u00fclerin kontrol edildi\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n
Kontrollerde ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k tespit edilmesi halinde her bir \u00fcr\u00fcn i\u00e7in 3 bin 973 lira idari ceza uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildiren Terzi, “Yine hakl\u0131 bir gerek\u00e7eye dayanmaks\u0131z\u0131n yap\u0131lan fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla ilgili olarak s\u00f6z konusu \u00fcr\u00fcnlere ait son 3 aya ili\u015fkin al\u0131\u015f sat\u0131\u015f faturalar\u0131 ve ilgili firman\u0131n savunmas\u0131 istenilmekte. S\u00f6z konusu savunma yaz\u0131s\u0131 ve ekleri incelendi\u011finde, Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fcnyesindeki Haks\u0131z Fiyat De\u011ferlendirme Kuruluna rapor halinde gere\u011fi i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderilmektedir.” ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
