Yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 i\u015flemlerini t\u00fcm\u00fcyle dijitalle\u015ftiren sistem, k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde kullan\u0131ma a\u00e7\u0131lacak. Ba\u015fkan Y\u0131ld\u0131z \u00dcnsal, \u201cYap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 hizmetleriyle dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor; belediyecilikte h\u0131z, kaynak tasarrufu ve eri\u015filebilirli\u011fi bir araya getiriyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fkan Y\u0131ld\u0131z \u00dcnsal\u2019\u0131n \u201cYeni nesil belediyecilik\u201d vizyonu do\u011frultusunda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m daha atan Kar\u015f\u0131yaka Belediyesi, yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 i\u015flemlerini dijital ortama ta\u015f\u0131yacak. Belediye \u0130mar ve \u015eehircilik M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile Bilgi \u0130\u015flem M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan e-Ruhsat sistemi, yak\u0131n zamanda kullan\u0131ma a\u00e7\u0131lacak. H\u0131z, tasarruf ve verimlilik sa\u011flayacak sistemle; ruhsat talep edilen projeler, ba\u015fvuru sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan sisteme y\u00fcklenecek. Ard\u0131ndan inceleme, tetkik ve onay veya ret s\u00fcre\u00e7leri de \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i olarak i\u015fleyecek. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00f6n olur a\u015famas\u0131nda eksikleri azaltmak ad\u0131na gerekli mekanik proje incelemeleri yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanacak. Mimari proje m\u00fcellifleri ve yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131yla da toplant\u0131lar planlanarak i\u015fleyi\u015fe dair ortak ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lacak. T\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7ler \u015feffaf olarak ilerleyecek, taraflar sistem \u00fczerinden kolayl\u0131kla istedikleri bilgilere ula\u015fabilecek. Onay a\u015famas\u0131 tamamland\u0131ktan sonra, ruhsatlar belediye binas\u0131ndan sahiplerine teslim edilecek.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sistem, vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u015flemlerini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken belediye kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 da etkin bir \u015fekilde kullanmam\u0131za olanak sa\u011flayacak. Belediyecilik hizmetlerinde modernle\u015fmeyi, eri\u015filebilirli\u011fi ve i\u015flem verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefleyen dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde daha da geni\u015fletece\u011fiz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
