Suriye devlet televizyonunun resmi kaynaklara dayand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 haberine g\u00f6re; \u015eam y\u00f6netimi ile YPG aras\u0131nda, ate\u015fkes ortam\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve idari-askeri yap\u0131lar\u0131n kademeli olarak entegrasyonunu kapsayan geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 bir mutabakata var\u0131ld\u0131. Mutabakat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, s\u0131cak temas noktalar\u0131ndaki askeri varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n geri \u00e7ekilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. B\u00f6lgede istikrar\u0131n tesisi amac\u0131yla, Suriye \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’na ba\u011fl\u0131 polis ve g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin, Haseke ve Kam\u0131\u015fl\u0131 \u015fehir merkezlerinde kontrol\u00fc devralmas\u0131 konusunda anla\u015fma sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Askeri entegrasyon ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda at\u0131lacak somut ad\u0131mlar da belirlendi. Buna g\u00f6re; YPG b\u00fcnyesindeki unsurlardan olu\u015fan \u00fc\u00e7 tugayl\u0131k yeni bir askeri t\u00fcmen kurulacak ve Aynularab b\u00f6lgesindeki g\u00fc\u00e7lere ba\u011fl\u0131 bir tugay yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131larak, Halep vilayetine ba\u011fl\u0131 ordu t\u00fcmeninin b\u00fcnyesine kat\u0131lacak. Anla\u015fma, \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015fgal etti\u011fi b\u00f6lgelerde kurdu\u011fu ‘\u00f6zerk y\u00f6netim’ yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n feshedilerek Suriye devlet kurumlar\u0131yla birle\u015ftirilmesini de i\u00e7eriyor. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te mevcut sivil personelin kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n korunarak g\u00f6revlerine devam etmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
