Suriye Demokratik G\u00fc\u00e7leri (SDG) ve \u015eam y\u00f6netimi, kapsaml\u0131 bir ate\u015fkes ile askeri ve idari yap\u0131lar\u0131n Suriye devletine a\u015famal\u0131 entegrasyonu konusunda anla\u015ft\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klama ilk olarak SDG’den geldi. <\/p>\n

Suriye resmi haber ajans\u0131na isim vermeden konu\u015fan bir h\u00fck\u00fcmet yetkilisi de anla\u015fmay\u0131 do\u011frulad\u0131. <\/p>\n

Suriye Enformasyon Bakan\u0131 Hamza Mustafa da Suriye h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin anla\u015fmaya ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamalara g\u00f6re K\u00fcrt g\u00fc\u00e7leri cephelerden \u00e7ekilecek, h\u00fck\u00fcmete ba\u011fl\u0131 birlikler Haseke ve Kam\u0131\u015fl\u0131 merkezlerine konu\u015fland\u0131r\u0131lacak ve yerel g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7leri birle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n

Anla\u015fma Suriye’nin kuzeydo\u011fusundaki \u00f6zerk y\u00f6netime ba\u011fl\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n Suriye devlet kurumlar\u0131na entegrasyonunu ve memurlar\u0131n kadroya al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 da kaps\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n sivil ve e\u011fitim haklar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve yerinden edilmi\u015f ki\u015filerin b\u00f6lgelerine geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 konusunda da anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

SDG’nin a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, “Anla\u015fma, ilgili taraflar aras\u0131ndaki i\u015fbirli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek ve \u00fclkenin yeniden in\u015fas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7abalar\u0131 birle\u015ftirerek Suriye topraklar\u0131n\u0131 birle\u015ftirmeyi ve b\u00f6lgeye tam entegrasyonu sa\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r” denildi.<\/p>\n

SANA da h\u00fck\u00fcmet kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n devletin “t\u00fcm sivil ve h\u00fck\u00fcmet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131, ge\u00e7i\u015f noktalar\u0131n\u0131 ve limanlar\u0131 devralaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00fclkenin hi\u00e7bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 kontrol\u00fc d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rakmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131” s\u00f6yledi\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n

Son haftalarda Suriye ordusu F\u0131rat Nehri’nin bat\u0131s\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir operasyon ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f ve SDG’yi nehrin do\u011fusuna \u00e7ekilmeye zorlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ordu daha sonra da Suriye’de en b\u00fcy\u00fck petrol ve do\u011fal gaz sahalar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lge olan Deyrizor’u ve I\u015e\u0130D’in ge\u00e7mi\u015fte “ba\u015fkent” ilan etti\u011fi sembolik ve stratejik bir \u015fehir olan Rakka’y\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Son geli\u015fmeler sonras\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerin kontrol\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131ndaki Kobani ve Kam\u0131\u015fl\u0131 ile \u00fclkenin kuzeydo\u011fusundaki Haseke kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
