Proje kapsam\u0131nda, gastronomi kenti Erzurum’da dezavantajl\u0131 gruplara y\u00f6nelik a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve servis teknikleri e\u011fitimi verilerek, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n sertifikal\u0131 ve nitelikli i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak hizmet sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde istihdama kat\u0131lmalar\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
Teknik destek \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, toplumun dezavantajl\u0131 gruplar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer alan denetimli serbestlik y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcleri ve eski h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclere y\u00f6nelik olarak “Gastronomide A\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve Servis Teknikleri” konulu bir e\u011fitim program\u0131 d\u00fczenlenecek. Denetimli Serbestlik M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde alan\u0131nda uzman e\u011fitmenler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek olan program, teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 4 haftal\u0131k bir e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecini kapsayacak.
