Kaslar gev\u015feme sinyali alamaz, kas liflerinde mikro kas\u0131lmalar kal\u0131c\u0131 h\u00e2le gelir. Migren s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle al\u0131n ve g\u00f6z \u00e7evresindeki damarlara yak\u0131n sinirler daha hassas h\u00e2le gelir. Stresle birlikte bu hassasiyet artar, damarlar geni\u015fler ve a\u011fr\u0131ya duyarl\u0131l\u0131k y\u00fckselir.
