EM\u0130SYON \u00d6L\u00c7\u00dcM\u00dc ZORUNLU TUTULUYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcVT\u00dcRK ara\u00e7lardan kaynaklanan hava kirlili\u011finin \u00f6nlenmesinde \u00f6nemli rol oynayan egzoz gaz\u0131 emisyon \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc, ara\u00e7 muayene sisteminin tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak zorunlu tutuluyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen denetimlerde, ge\u00e7erli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc bulunmayan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere 17 bin 957 lira, emisyon de\u011ferleri yasal s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n \u00fczerinde \u00e7\u0131kan ara\u00e7lara ise 35 bin 936 liraya varan idari para cezas\u0131 uygulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARA\u00c7LAR MUAYENEDEN GE\u00c7EM\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn bulunmamas\u0131, periyodik ara\u00e7 muayenesi kapsam\u0131nda <em><b>&#8220;a\u011f\u0131r kusur&#8221;<\/b><\/em> olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor ve bu durumdaki ara\u00e7lar muayeneden ge\u00e7emiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki mevzuata g\u00f6re, binek ara\u00e7lar\u0131n 3 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurduktan sonra iki y\u0131lda bir, ticari ara\u00e7lar\u0131n ise ilk bir y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda ba\u015flamak \u00fczere her y\u0131l \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yapt\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" yeterlili\u011fi ve \u00e7evre mevzuat\u0131na uygunlu\u011funu de\u011ferlendirilirken, y\u00fcksek emisyonlu ara\u00e7lar\u0131n trafikte yer almas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilerek hava kalitesinin korunmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcVT\u00dcRK, 2008&#8217;den bu yana T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fini art\u0131rma hedefiyle y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ara\u00e7 muayene ve egzoz gaz\u0131 emisyon \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm hizmetleriyle daha g\u00fcvenli ve temiz ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131na katk\u0131
