Ancak yap\u0131lan ikinci d\u00fczenlemeyle zam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 18,48\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131 ve en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maa\u015f 20 bin TL oldu.
