Karara g\u00f6re, konutun de\u011feri ve enerji s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na g\u00f6re kredi tutar\u0131 farkl\u0131 oranlarda uygulanacak. \u00d6rne\u011fin, de\u011feri 5 milyon TL ve alt\u0131nda olan konutlarda, kredi tutar\u0131 konut de\u011ferinin y\u00fczde 90&#8217;\u0131na kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilecek. 5\u20137 milyon TL aras\u0131ndaki konutlar i\u00e7in oran y\u00fczde 70\u201380, 7\u201310 milyon TL aras\u0131ndaki konutlar i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 60\u201370, 10\u201320 milyon TL i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 40\u201350, 20 milyon TL \u00fczerindeki konutlarda ise y\u00fczde 20\u201340 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olacak.<\/p>\n<div>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/konut-kredilerinde-yeni-donem-birinci-ikinci-el-ayrimi-kaldirildi-azami-kredi-tutari-yukseltildi-1-tNsAQtyh.jpg\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>KONUTU BULUNANLAR \u0130\u00c7\u0130N Y\u00dcZDE 75 AZALTILARAK UYGULANACAK<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, kendisi, e\u015fi veya 18 ya\u015f alt\u0131 \u00e7ocu\u011fu ad\u0131na konut bulunan ki\u015filer i\u00e7in kredi oranlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 75 azalt\u0131larak uygulanacak.
