Fiziki denetim ekiplerinin sahadaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, altyap\u0131 yenilemeleri, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sistemlerinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ve teknolojik uygulamalar\u0131n devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131yla 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kocaeli genelinde %72 seviyesinde olan kay\u0131p-ka\u00e7ak oran\u0131, \u015fu an %22,7\u2019ye kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Kent merkezlerinde bu oran %21 seviyelerine kadar gerilerken, k\u0131rsal alanlar d\u00e2hil genel ortalamada elde edilen sonu\u00e7, Kocaeli\u2019nin suya sahip \u00e7\u0131kan bir \u015fehir h\u00e2line geldi\u011fini ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n<p>2028 HEDEF\u0130NE 2023 YILINDA ULA\u015eILDI<br \/>\u0130SU\u2019nun ortaya koydu\u011fu bu tablo, Su Y\u00f6netimi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediyeleri i\u00e7in belirlenen 2028 y\u0131l\u0131 kay\u0131p-ka\u00e7ak hedefinin 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla yakaland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu. Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan 2028 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in %25 olarak belirlenen oran\u0131n alt\u0131na \u015fimdiden inilmesi, kurumun kay\u0131p-ka\u00e7akla m\u00fccadelede ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 seviyeyi a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi. Ancak \u0130SU, elde edilen bu ba\u015far\u0131yla yetinmeyerek kay\u0131p-ka\u00e7ak oran\u0131n\u0131 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda %21 seviyelerine, 2028 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla ise %20\u2019nin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyi planl\u0131yor. Su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n giderek daha k\u0131ymetli h\u00e2le geldi\u011fi bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te kurum, hem teknik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 hem de sahadaki denetim ve izleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 kararl\u0131l\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0130TE \u0130\u00c7\u0130 KAYIPLARA Y\u00d6NEL\u0130K YEN\u0130 VE \u00d6ZG\u00dcN MODEL<br \/>Kay\u0131p ve ka\u00e7akla m\u00fccadelede sadece kamu altyap\u0131s\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmayan \u0130SU, \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyet alanlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan kay\u0131plara y\u00f6nelik de \u00f6nemli bir uygulamay\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdi. \u00d6zellikle site i\u00e7lerinde meydana gelen ve uzun y\u0131llar boyunca m\u00fcdahale edilemeyen su kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek amac\u0131yla mevzuatta d\u00fczenlemeye gidildi. Bu kapsamda sitelerin ana giri\u015flerine saya\u00e7lar yerle\u015ftirildi. Siteye giren toplam su miktar\u0131 ile site i\u00e7indeki bireysel t\u00fcketimler kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak olu\u015fan fark site y\u00f6netimlerine yans\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131. B\u00f6ylece site s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki kay\u0131plar g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr h\u00e2le geldi. Uygulamayla birlikte son be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 milyon ton su yeniden sisteme kazand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>DMA \u0130LE \u015eEBEKE ANLIK TAK\u0130P ALTINDA<br \/>\u0130SU\u2019nun sahadaki en etkili uygulamalar\u0131ndan biri olan izole alt b\u00f6lge (DMA) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda il\u00e7e ve mahalleler, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.000 \u2013 1.200 binay\u0131 kapsayan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hidrolik b\u00f6lgelere ayr\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eebeke giri\u015flerine yerle\u015ftirilen debimetreler sayesinde her b\u00f6lgenin giri\u015f suyu anl\u0131k olarak izlenirken, \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f verileri tahakkuklarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak olas\u0131 kay\u0131plar h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde tespit ediliyor. DMA uygulamalar\u0131, ar\u0131zalara daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede m\u00fcdahale edilmesini sa\u011flarken su kesintilerinin etki alan\u0131n\u0131 da minimum seviyeye indiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>GECE D\u0130NLEMELER\u0130YLE M\u0130LYONLARCA METREK\u00dcP SU KAZANILDI<br \/>Kay\u0131p-ka\u00e7akla m\u00fccadelede kritik rol oynayan gece dinleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u0130SU, i\u00e7me suyu hatlar\u0131nda geli\u015fmi\u015f teknolojileri etkin \u015fekilde kullan\u0131yor. Akustik yer mikrofonlar\u0131 ve frekans analiz cihazlar\u0131yla yap\u0131lan dinlemeler sayesinde, g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen ve uzun s\u00fcre fark edilemeyen ka\u00e7aklar noktasal olarak tespit ediliyor. Bu y\u00fcksek hassasiyetli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda 11,1 milyon metrek\u00fcp, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 16,4 milyon metrek\u00fcp suyun bo\u015fa akmas\u0131 \u00f6nlenirken, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana gece dinlemeleriyle sa\u011flanan toplam su kazan\u0131m\u0131 50 milyon metrek\u00fcpe ula\u015ft\u0131. Gece dinlemeleri, teknoloji destekli saha uygulamalar\u0131yla suyun her damlas\u0131n\u0131 korumay\u0131 hedefleyen \u0130SU\u2019nun en somut ve etkili m\u00fccadele y\u00f6ntemlerinden biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>SCADA S\u0130STEM\u0130YLE 7\/24 D\u0130J\u0130TAL TAK\u0130P<br \/>\u0130SU, kay\u0131p-ka\u00e7akla m\u00fccadelede teknolojiyi etkin bi\u00e7imde kullanarak SCADA sistemiyle i\u00e7me suyu depolar\u0131, terfi merkezlerini, ar\u0131tma tesislerini ve kritik kontrol noktalar\u0131n\u0131 7\/24 online olarak izliyor. Kent genelinde 388 noktan\u0131n anl\u0131k olarak takip edildi\u011fi sistem sayesinde debi, bas\u0131n\u00e7 ve seviye verileri s\u00fcrekli kontrol alt\u0131nda tutuluyor. Olas\u0131 olumsuzluklar erken a\u015famada tespit edilerek m\u00fcdahale s\u00fcreleri k\u0131salt\u0131l\u0131yor. SU\u0130S ve \u0130KAB\u0130S gibi ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015fehir uygulamalar\u0131yla altyap\u0131 dijital ortamda y\u00f6netilerek su kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7iliyor.<\/p>\n<p>DEPO YATIRIMLARIYLA SU G\u00dcVENL\u0130\u011e\u0130 G\u00dc\u00c7LEND\u0130R\u0130LD\u0130<br \/>\u0130SU, i\u00e7me suyu arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve \u015febeke sistemini daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 y\u00f6netebilmek amac\u0131yla depolama altyap\u0131s\u0131na y\u00f6nelik kapsaml\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda 204.746 metrek\u00fcp kapasiteli 494 adet i\u00e7me suyu deposu bulunurken, 50 metrek\u00fcpten 20.000 metrek\u00fcpe kadar de\u011fi\u015fen kapasitelerde in\u015fa edilen 279 yeni depo ile toplam depo say\u0131s\u0131 705\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar sayesinde toplam depolama hacmi 483.326 metrek\u00fcpe y\u00fckseltildi.
