Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k maa\u015f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fan Y\u0131lmaz \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p><b><em>&#8220;GETAD diyoruz, Gelir Tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 Aile Destek Sistemi.
