Mersin’in Mut il\u00e7esinin en \u00f6nemli tar\u0131msal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden biri olan sofral\u0131k kay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fi, tarladan sofraya izlenebilirlik sistemi oda\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen toplant\u0131da ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n
Mersin \u0130l Tar\u0131m ve Orman M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan, kay\u0131s\u0131da kalite ve g\u00fcvenin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik kapsaml\u0131 bir de\u011ferlendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi. Mut Ziraat Odas\u0131 Toplant\u0131 Salonunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen programa; Mut Kaymakam\u0131 Osman \u00c7elikkol, \u0130l Tar\u0131m ve Orman M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Erdem Karada\u011f, konusunda uzman ziraat m\u00fchendisleri ile davetliler ve vatanda\u015flar kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Toplant\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan Mersin \u0130l Tar\u0131m ve Orman M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Erdem Karada\u011f, Mersin’in tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimde T\u00fcrkiye’nin \u00f6nde gelen illerinden biri oldu\u011funu belirterek, “Mersin, meyve \u00fcretiminde T\u00fcrkiye’de birinci, sebze \u00fcretiminde ise ikinci s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. Toplam sebze ve meyve \u00fcretiminde ise \u00fclke genelinde birinci s\u0131raday\u0131z. B\u00f6yle bir \u00fcretim \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fine sahip ba\u015fka bir il bulmak zor. Mut il\u00e7emiz de mikroklima \u00f6zelli\u011fi sayesinde \u00f6zellikle zeytin ve kay\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretiminde \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor” dedi.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrkiye genelinde y\u0131ll\u0131k kay\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon 270 bin ton oldu\u011funu ifade eden Karada\u011f, “Mersin olarak 160 bin ton kay\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretiyoruz. Bu da T\u00fcrkiye kay\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 13’\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor. Mersin’de \u00fcretilen kay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 80’i ise Mut il\u00e7emizde yeti\u015ftiriliyor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 80 bin dekarl\u0131k alanda 130 bin ton \u00fcretim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Mut’un en \u00f6nemli fark\u0131, \u00fcretilen kay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n sofral\u0131k olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da ihracata g\u00f6nderilmektedir. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 43 bin ton sofral\u0131k kay\u0131s\u0131 ihra\u00e7 edilirken, bunun 28 bin tonunu Mut il\u00e7emiz ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Mut Kaymakam\u0131 Osman \u00c7elikkol da konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, kay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n il\u00e7e ekonomisi i\u00e7in ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6neme dikkat \u00e7ekerek, “Mut il\u00e7esi sofral\u0131k kay\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretimiyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00dcretilen kay\u0131s\u0131lar ba\u015fta Avrupa \u00fclkeleri olmak \u00fczere Rusya, Orta Do\u011fu ve Asya \u00fclkelerine pazarlanmaktad\u0131r. Kay\u0131s\u0131, Mut i\u00e7in sadece bir tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda binlerce ailenin ge\u00e7im kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Konu\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lan ziraat m\u00fchendisleri taraf\u0131ndan kay\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretimine ili\u015fkin sunumlar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Toplant\u0131da; kay\u0131s\u0131 yeti\u015ftiricili\u011finden modern \u0131slah tekniklerine, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin raf \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn uzat\u0131lmas\u0131ndan kooperatif\u00e7ilik modellerine kadar bir\u00e7ok ba\u015fl\u0131k ele al\u0131nd\u0131.
