Bu ad\u0131m, projenin planlama a\u015famas\u0131ndan uygulama s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7i\u015fini simgelerken, Vak\u0131f GYO\u2019nun uzun y\u0131llara dayanan kurumsal deneyimiyle \u0130zmir\u2019de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve y\u00fcksek katma de\u011fer \u00fcreten yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme vizyonunu da peki\u015ftiriyor. Projenin, s\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen 1260 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde tamamlanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir\u2019in merkezi lokasyonlar\u0131ndan Konak Mersinli\u2019de yer alan\u00a0<strong>VYeniKonak<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>e\u015fsiz ege manzaras\u0131<\/strong>\u00a0ile dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u015eehir i\u00e7i ula\u015f\u0131m olanaklar\u0131na yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f ile ticaret merkezlerine kolay eri\u015fimi sayesinde stratejik bir konum sunan proje, b\u00f6lgenin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm potansiyeline do\u011frudan katk\u0131da bulunmay\u0131 hedefliyor.
