{"id":26844,"date":"2026-02-11T05:03:10","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T05:03:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/?p=26844"},"modified":"2026-02-11T05:03:10","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T05:03:10","slug":"esenlerde-sosyal-kart-ile-emeklilere-anlamli-destek","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/index.php\/2026\/02\/11\/esenlerde-sosyal-kart-ile-emeklilere-anlamli-destek\/","title":{"rendered":"Esenler\u2019de Sosyal Kart ile emeklilere anlaml\u0131 destek"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esenler Belediyesi Meclisi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclerek kabul edilen \u201cEmekli Sosyal Destek Kart\u0131\u201d uygulamas\u0131yla, il\u00e7ede ya\u015fayan emekli vatanda\u015flara ekonomik ve sosyal a\u00e7\u0131dan destek sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Uygulama kapsam\u0131nda, Esenler s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ikamet eden t\u00fcm emekli vatanda\u015flar\u0131n temel ihtiya\u00e7 harcamalar\u0131na katk\u0131 sunulacak.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 zamanda emeklilerin sosyal hayata daha aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik edilerek toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ANLA\u015eMALI \u0130\u015eLETMELERDE \u0130ND\u0130R\u0130M VE DESTEK \u0130MK\u00c2NI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emekli vatanda\u015flara verilecek Sosyal Destek Kart\u0131; belediye ile protokol yapacak ulusal ve yerel i\u015fletmelerde kullan\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Kart sayesinde emekliler; restoran, f\u0131r\u0131n, berber, kahvehane, sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ve benzeri bir\u00e7ok i\u015fletmede indirim, destek ya da \u00f6zel avantajlardan yararlanabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Kart\u0131n kullan\u0131m esaslar\u0131 ve d\u00f6nemsel destek y\u00fcklemeleri, Sosyal Destek Hizmetleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan belirlenecek.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcreci ve uygunluk kriterleri de yine m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenerek vatanda\u015flara duyurulacak.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/esenlerde-sosyal-kart-ile-emeklilere-anlamli-destek-0-WMOE2Vry.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;ESENLER\u2019DE DAYANI\u015eMAYI B\u00dcY\u00dcTECE\u011e\u0130Z&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esenler Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 M. Tevfik G\u00f6ksu, uygulamaya ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi:<\/p>\n<p>Emekli vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, y\u0131llarca bu \u00fclkeye ve \u015fehirlerimize emek vermi\u015f, b\u00fcy\u00fck fedak\u00e2rl\u0131klar g\u00f6stermi\u015f k\u0131ymetli b\u00fcy\u00fcklerimizdir. Onlar\u0131n ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak, ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 her alanda yanlar\u0131nda olmak bizim en temel sorumlulu\u011fumuzdur. <\/p>\n<p>Hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz Emekli Sosyal Destek Kart\u0131 ile emeklilerimizin hem g\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 hem de sosyal hayattan kopmamalar\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyoruz.
