Rekt\u00f6r Y\u0131lmaz, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00d6zlem Hoca\u2019m\u0131z; \u00fclkemizde \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcvenlik g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin yaralanmalar\u0131, doku, uzuv ve duyu kay\u0131plar\u0131nda memleketin bir numaral\u0131 \u00f6zelle\u015fmi\u015f hastanesi olan Ankara\u2019daki Gaziler E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesinin sorumlulu\u011funu \u00fcstlenmi\u015f bir arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z. \u00d6zlem Hoca\u2019m\u0131z\u0131n \u0130zmir\u2019e geli\u015fini, Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl \u00dcniversitesinin kadrosuna kat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, \u0130zmir\u2019de sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015f ve \u015fifa arayan hastalar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in bir \u015fans olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cSPORUN DOZU HER YA\u015eTA FARKLI OLMALI\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u201cNeden spor?\u201d sorusuyla ba\u015flayan Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi \u00d6zlem Yener, sporun bilimsel olarak kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f faydalar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. Yener, egzersizin her ya\u015f grubu i\u00e7in do\u011fru dozda planlanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulayarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSporun bilimsel olarak kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f faydalar\u0131 var. Her ya\u015f grubuna uygun dozu ve farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 bilmek olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. Bu konuda spor profesyonellerinden destek almak her zaman \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir konu. Pandemi d\u00f6neminde spor ge\u00e7mi\u015fi olan bireylerin enfeksiyonu daha rahat ge\u00e7irdi\u011fini, yaln\u0131zca evde kapal\u0131 kalmaktan kaynaklanan bir\u00e7ok olumsuzlu\u011fu da daha rahat atlatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck.
