AK Parti Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Hayati Yaz\u0131c\u0131, mevcut anayasan\u0131n darbe d\u00f6nemlerinin izlerini ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, T\u00fcrkiye’nin sivil bir anayasaya ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve milletin kendi anayasas\u0131n\u0131 yapmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
AK Parti Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Hayati Yaz\u0131c\u0131, Mu\u011fla’da d\u00fczenlenen Geni\u015fletilmi\u015f \u0130l Dan\u0131\u015fman Meclisi Toplant\u0131s\u0131’na kat\u0131ld\u0131. Mu\u011fla S\u0131tk\u0131 Ko\u00e7man \u00dcniversitesi 15 Temmuz Demokrasi Salonu’nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Yaz\u0131c\u0131, anayasa yapma hakk\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l sahibinin millet oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Meclis duvarlar\u0131nda yer alan “Egemenlik kay\u0131ts\u0131z \u015farts\u0131z milletindir” s\u00f6z\u00fcne at\u0131fta bulunan Yaz\u0131c\u0131, milletin bug\u00fcne kadar bu hakk\u0131 tam anlam\u0131yla kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Mevcut anayasa \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan iyile\u015ftirmelere de\u011finen Yaz\u0131c\u0131, “B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara ra\u011fmen bug\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte bulunan anayasada ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 19 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin 12 tanesi bizim iktidar\u0131m\u0131z d\u00f6neminde yap\u0131ld\u0131. En b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 H\u00fck\u00fcmet Sistemi’ni getirdik” dedi.<\/p>\n
Yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm de\u011fi\u015fikliklere ra\u011fmen anayasan\u0131n bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck arz etmedi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Yaz\u0131c\u0131, yeni anayasa hedefinin hem AK Parti’nin kurulu\u015f bildirgesinde hem de muhalefetin vaatlerinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Yaz\u0131c\u0131, “Talebimiz a\u00e7\u0131k; T\u00fcrkiye yeni bir anayasa yapmal\u0131 ve bu anayasaya millet damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurmal\u0131.
