Merkezdeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla so\u011fuk zarar\u0131 nedeniyle verim kay\u0131plar\u0131 ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm bitki t\u00fcrlerinde k\u0131\u015fa ve so\u011fu\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlemek, yeni test metotlar\u0131 ve bu verileri ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kazand\u0131rmak ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Bug\u00fcne kadar 5 ekmeklik bu\u011fday, 3 tritikale, 1 k\u0131\u015fl\u0131k arpa \u00e7e\u015fidi so\u011fu\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olarak tescil edildi. <\/p>\n<p>Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve Politikalar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (TAGEM) b\u00fcnyesinde Do\u011fu Anadolu Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nde kurulan So\u011fu\u011fa Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k Test Merkezi, tar\u0131mda iklim risklerine kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirilen en \u00f6nemli ileri Ar-Ge merkezlerinden biri olarak dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda faaliyete ge\u00e7en merkezde; so\u011fuk ve dona dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bitki \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>SO\u011eUK VE DONA DAYANIKLILIK BEL\u0130RLEN\u0130YOR<\/p>\n<p>Merkez b\u00fcnyesinde 4 iklim odas\u0131, 2 so\u011fuk oda, 2 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve 1 b\u00fcy\u00fck sera, biyoteknoloji ve kalite laboratuvarlar\u0131 ile so\u011fu\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k materyal haz\u0131rlama laboratuvar\u0131 bulunuyor. Bu altyap\u0131 sayesinde bitkiler kontroll\u00fc ko\u015fullarda test edilerek, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede sonu\u00e7lar elde ediliyor. Merkezin temel g\u00f6revi; so\u011fuk zarar\u0131 nedeniyle verim kay\u0131plar\u0131 ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm bitki t\u00fcrlerinde k\u0131\u015fa, so\u011fu\u011fa ve dona dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlemek, yeni test metotlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek ve bu verileri ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kazand\u0131rmak. B\u00f6ylece dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetersiz genotipler erken a\u015famada elenerek \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda hem zaman hem de maliyet tasarrufu sa\u011flan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>100 YILLIK \u0130KL\u0130M VER\u0130LER\u0130YLE TEST<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fu Anadolu Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda, k\u0131\u015fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k testleri tarladan kontroll\u00fc ko\u015fullara ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130klim odalar\u0131nda, 100 y\u0131ll\u0131k iklim verilerinin ortalamalar\u0131 esas al\u0131narak, bitkiler 7 hafta boyunca so\u011fu\u011fa al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Ard\u0131ndan eksi 21 dereceye kadar d\u00fc\u015fen so\u011fuk odalarda test edilen bitkiler, seralarda yeniden geli\u015fimleri izlenerek canl\u0131 kalma oranlar\u0131 belirleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>200 GENOT\u0130P TEST ED\u0130L\u0130YOR<\/p>\n<p>Merkezde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla bug\u00fcne kadar; 5 ekmeklik bu\u011fday, 3 tritikale, 1 k\u0131\u015fl\u0131k arpa \u00e7e\u015fidi so\u011fu\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olarak tescil edildi. Ayr\u0131ca 2 arpa ve 1 ekmeklik bu\u011fday \u00e7e\u015fidinin tescil s\u00fcreci devam ediyor. Her y\u0131l ileri \u0131slah kademesinde bulunan en az 200 genotip test edilerek seleksiyon yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Merkezde sadece tah\u0131llar de\u011fil, f\u0131nd\u0131k ve kay\u0131s\u0131 gibi ekonomik de\u011feri y\u00fcksek meyve t\u00fcrleri i\u00e7in de dona dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k test metotlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirildi. Geli\u015ftirilen metotlar kullan\u0131larak Malatya Kay\u0131s\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc ile birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 kay\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fidinin farkl\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerdeki dona dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k seviyeleri belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;6 YILLIK S\u00dcREC\u0130 2-3 YILA \u0130ND\u0130R\u0130YORUZ&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fu Anadolu Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Serin \u0130klim Tah\u0131llar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. \u00dcmran K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00f6zdemir, &#8220;Merkezde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z melezlemelerden sonra uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z testlerde dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olan genotipleri belirleyerek, bir sonraki \u0131slah kademesine aktar\u0131yoruz. Y\u00fcksek verimli ve kaliteli genotipleri anne, so\u011fu\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 genotipleri baba olarak kullanarak, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6zellikleri bir \u00e7e\u015fitte birle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Melezleme yapt\u0131ktan sonra merkezimizde bulunan seralarda h\u0131zl\u0131 \u0131slahla 6 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcreci 2-3 y\u0131la indiriyoruz. Dayan\u0131kl\u0131k derecelerini belirledi\u011fimiz genotipleri bir sonraki a\u015fmalara aktar\u0131yoruz. Hem dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hem y\u00fcksek verimli hem de y\u00fcksek kaliteli \u00e7e\u015fitleri tescile veriyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;EKS\u0130 15 DERECEDE \u00d6L\u00dcMLER BA\u015eLAR&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00f6zdemir, &#8220;Eksi 21 derece belki insanlara \u00e7ok fazla gelmeyebilir ama kar \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcz ortamda eksi 21 derece \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir s\u0131cakl\u0131k demek. Arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z oradan \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00f6nemlerde pembe tomurcuk, tam \u00e7i\u00e7ek ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck meyve d\u00f6nemlerinde \u00e7elikleri test merkezine getiriyorlar, biz de bunlar\u0131n testlerini yap\u0131yoruz. Hangi genotipin ka\u00e7 dereceye dayan\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirliyoruz, \u0131slah\u00e7\u0131 arkada\u015flar bunlar\u0131 \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda anne-baba olarak kullan\u0131yorlar. B\u00f6ylelikle dayan\u0131kl\u0131 kay\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitleri geli\u015ftirebiliyorlar.
