Toplant\u0131ya; Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakan\u0131 Mahinur \u00d6zdemir G\u00f6kta\u015f, Hazine ve Maliye Bakan\u0131 Mehmet \u015eim\u015fek, Adalet Bakan\u0131 Y\u0131lmaz Tun\u00e7, Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 Yusuf Tekin ve ilgili kurum ve kurulu\u015f temsilcileri kat\u0131ld\u0131. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Y\u0131lmaz, aile ve n\u00fcfus yap\u0131s\u0131na ili\u015fkin g\u00fcncel verilerden demografik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131na uzanan geni\u015f bir \u00e7er\u00e7evede de\u011ferlendirmeler yaparak, eylem planlar\u0131na y\u00f6n verecek ortak bir zemin olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedeflediklerini kaydetti. Y\u0131lmaz, &#8220;9 Ocak 2025 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz ilk kurul toplant\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n akabinde, nisan ay\u0131nda bakan yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla teknik d\u00fczeyde bir toplant\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131, temmuz ay\u0131nda ise bakanlar d\u00fczeyinde ikinci kurul toplant\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bu toplant\u0131larda n\u00fcfus politikalar\u0131ndaki mevcut durumu kapsaml\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde ele alarak k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadede at\u0131labilecek ad\u0131mlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme imkan\u0131 bulduk. Kurul kapsam\u0131nda mevzuat, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k, ekonomik te\u015fvikler, e\u011fitim, ileti\u015fim ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturma konular\u0131nda \u00f6zel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 olu\u015fturduk ve her bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubu i\u00e7in koordinat\u00f6r kurumlar belirledik. Bu kapsamda kurulumuzun sekretarya hizmetlerinden sorumlu Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 baz\u0131nda Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Strateji ve B\u00fct\u00e7e Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u0130leti\u015fim Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ilgili b\u00fct\u00fcn kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla eylem plan\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik detayl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiler. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131m\u0131zda eylem plan\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan faaliyetler titizlikle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;YEN\u0130 \u00c7ALI\u015eMA MODELLER\u0130 G\u00dcNDEM\u0130M\u0130ZDE&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Aradan ge\u00e7en bir y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te n\u00fcfus yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik somut bir\u00e7ok ad\u0131m at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Cevdet Y\u0131lmaz, &#8220;Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, gen\u00e7lerimizin aile kurmalar\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7irilen projemiz, \u00fclke geneline yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve destek tutarlar\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla 18-25 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki gen\u00e7lerimiz i\u00e7in 250 bin lira, 26-29 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olan gen\u00e7lerimiz i\u00e7in 200 bin lira olacak \u015fekilde desteklerimizin miktar\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. K\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 500 bin konutluk Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n Konut Projesi kapsam\u0131nda gen\u00e7lerimiz ile \u00fc\u00e7 ve daha fazla \u00e7ocuk sahibi ailelere konut sahibi olabilmeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6zel imkan tan\u0131d\u0131k. Proje kapsam\u0131nda 18-30 ya\u015f aras\u0131 gen\u00e7lerimize y\u00fczde 20, \u00fc\u00e7 ve daha fazla \u00e7ocuk sahibi ailelere y\u00fczde 10 kontenjan ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00fczenleme ile tek seferlik do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6deme tutar\u0131n\u0131 5 bin TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckselttik. \u0130kinci \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in her ay 1500 TL, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ve sonraki \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in her ay 5 bin TL tutar belirledik. \u0130kinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7ocuk i\u00e7in olan yard\u0131mlar \u00e7ocuklar e\u011fitim \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na gelinceye kadar devam ettiriliyor. Annelerin ve babalar\u0131n i\u015f ve aile ya\u015fam dengesini sa\u011flayarak \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak ad\u0131mlar\u0131 atmaya devam ediyoruz. Devlet Memurlar\u0131n\u0131n Yar\u0131 Zamanl\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Hakk\u0131n\u0131n Kullan\u0131m\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Y\u00f6netmelik, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l yay\u0131mland\u0131. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f ve aile hayat\u0131n\u0131 birlikte s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesine imkan veren yeni \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelleri g\u00fcndemimizde olmaya devam ediyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, kamu kurumlar\u0131m\u0131zdan ba\u015flamak \u00fczere \u00fclke genelinde kre\u015flerin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Bu kapsamda Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Genel Sekreterli\u011finden kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131na g\u00f6nderilen resmi yaz\u0131yla, kre\u015f ve g\u00fcnd\u00fcz \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131mevlerinin kapasitelerinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yenilerinin faaliyete ge\u00e7irilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u00f6nceliklendirilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenli ve nitelikli bak\u0131m ortamlar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 en \u00f6ncelikli hedeflerimizden biri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>&#8216;\u00d6N\u00dcM\u00dcZDEK\u0130 10 YIL KR\u0130T\u0130K B\u0130R D\u00d6NEM&#8217; <\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131lmaz, demografik de\u011fi\u015fimlerin t\u00fcm \u00fclkeleri derinden etkiledi\u011fini, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir sorun haline geldi\u011fini belirterek, &#8220;\u00dclkemizin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc aile ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc n\u00fcfus oda\u011f\u0131nda benimsedi\u011fi kararl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemini daha net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Keza, aile ve demografik yap\u0131da ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fimler sosyal g\u00fcvenlik sistemlerinden bak\u0131m hizmetlerine kadar pek \u00e7ok alana do\u011frudan tesir etmektedir. Di\u011fer taraftan, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumuz dijital ve k\u00fcresel risklere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131, gen\u00e7leri, aile kurumunu ve n\u00fcfus yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ancak b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla ve \u00e7ok boyutlu bir politika setiyle koruyabiliriz. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, n\u00fcfus politikalar\u0131m\u0131zda uzun d\u00f6nemli ve kapsaml\u0131 stratejiler ile hareket edilmesinin son derece \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek isterim. Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan 2026-2035 d\u00f6nemini kapsayan y\u0131llar\u0131n &#8216;Aile ve N\u00fcfus 10 Y\u0131l\u0131&#8217; olarak ilan edilmesi de bu stratejik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k bir ifadesidir. B\u00f6ylece \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10 y\u0131l, toplumun temeli olan aile kurumunun daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, dinamik ve gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfus yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n korunmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde kal\u0131c\u0131 ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 kritik bir d\u00f6nem olacakt\u0131r. Aile kurumunu ve n\u00fcfus yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 daha etkili bir \u015fekilde korumam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacak yasal ve kurumsal d\u00fczenlemeleri hayata ge\u00e7irerek, \u00fclkemizin gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc aile ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc n\u00fcfus oda\u011f\u0131nda sa\u011flam temeller atmaya devam edece\u011fiz. Temel amac\u0131m\u0131z; toplumumuzun yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131 olan aile kurumunu, gen\u00e7 ve dinamik n\u00fcfusumuzu b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir anlay\u0131\u015fla koruma alt\u0131na almak ve geli\u015ftirmektir. Gen\u00e7lerimizin aile kurma kararlar\u0131ndan ebeveynlerimizin \u00e7ocuk b\u00fcy\u00fctme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kadar her a\u015famada ailelerimizin yan\u0131nday\u0131z.
