Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan H\u0130B Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi ve Y\u00fck Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Lojistik Hizmetleri Komitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Murat Baykara, lojistik ve y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yaln\u0131zca hizmet ihracat\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin mal ticaretinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da kritik bir rol \u00fcstlendi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Baykara, &#8220;Lojistik ve y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fc; i\u00e7 pazar b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ihracata sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131 ve mal ticaretini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u00fclkemizin en stratejik hizmet sekt\u00f6rlerinden biridir. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye, 40 milyar dolar\u0131n \u00fczerinde lojistik ve ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k ihracat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, bu rakam\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan olu\u015ftu. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 kas\u0131m ay\u0131 itibariyle y\u0131ll\u0131kland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olarak lojistik ve ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k ihracat\u0131 42 milyar 250 milyon dolara ula\u015f\u0131rken, bunun 19 milyar 570 milyon dolarl\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihracat\u0131 olarak kaydedildi&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00dcye say\u0131s\u0131 3 y\u0131lda 2,5 kat artt\u0131&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn kurumsal kapasitesindeki b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye de dikkat \u00e7eken Baykara, &#8220;2022 Ocak ay\u0131ndan bu yana y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve lojistik hizmetleri sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren Birli\u011fimiz \u00fcyesi firma say\u0131s\u0131 255&#8217;ten 701&#8217;e y\u00fckseldi. Bu art\u0131\u015fla birlikte sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz, H\u0130B b\u00fcnyesinde \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raya yerle\u015fti. Komitemizin ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn istek \u00f6neri ve sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc, sekt\u00f6rel destek, kredi, fuar olanaklar\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi sonucunda olu\u015fan bu tablo, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn dinamizmini ve ihracat potansiyeline olan g\u00fcveni, a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n sekt\u00f6re \u00f6nemli bir rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fc sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Baykara, liman, havaliman\u0131, karayolu, demiryolu ve stratejik lojistik tesislerin birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabildi\u011fi bir yap\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi b\u00f6lgesel bir lojistik merkez haline getirdi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Baykara, &#8220;Karayoluyla bin \u2013 bin 200 kilometrelik, havayoluyla ise 3 saatlik u\u00e7u\u015f mesafesinde eri\u015filebilen geni\u015f bir talep havzas\u0131na sahibiz. Buna d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck riskli ekonomik ortam, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc k\u00fcresel ba\u011flant\u0131lar, hizmette verimlilik ve kalifiye i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc eklendi\u011finde T\u00fcrkiye lojistikte benzersiz bir konuma sahip&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Kara, hava, deniz ve demiryolunda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fcme<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda karayolunun \u00f6zellikle AB ve s\u0131n\u0131r kom\u015fular\u0131yla ticarette belirleyici rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Baykara, &#8220;Son 10 y\u0131lda karayolu ile ta\u015f\u0131nan ihracat yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 55 artt\u0131. 2014&#8217;te 55,3 milyar dolar olan karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihracat\u0131, 2024&#8217;te 85,8 milyar dolara ula\u015ft\u0131&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Deniz ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise 2014-2024 d\u00f6neminde konteyner ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n TEU baz\u0131nda y\u00fczde 62, elle\u00e7lenen y\u00fck miktar\u0131n\u0131n ise ton baz\u0131nda y\u00fczde 38 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Baykara, liman altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesinin kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. H\u0130B koordinasyonunda, bu koridorlar\u0131n etkinli\u011fini art\u0131racak analizler yap\u0131lacak ve T\u00fcrkiye liderli\u011finde gerekli ad\u0131mlar i\u00e7in uluslararas\u0131 lobi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda H\u0130B Y\u00fck Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Lojistik Hizmetler Komitesi olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kapsaml\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar hakk\u0131nda da bilgi payla\u015fan Baykara, Hazar Ge\u00e7i\u015fli Orta Koridorun art\u0131k sadece alternatif bir ula\u015f\u0131m koridoru olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karak, global bir ticaret rotas\u0131, k\u00fcresel ticaret i\u00e7in son derece kritik hale gelen bir altyap\u0131 oldu\u011funu kaydetti.
