Navruz, yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n yetkili oldu\u011fu merkez belediyelerinin toplam 7 \u015firketinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 bin 500 \u00fcyeyi kapsayan toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin, sosyal diyalog ilkeleri, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f ve kurumsal uzla\u015f\u0131 esas al\u0131narak sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n

“S\u00f6zle\u015fme i\u00e7eri\u011fiyle ilgili uzun y\u0131llar kronikle\u015fmi\u015f baz\u0131 sorunlar giderilerek i\u015f yerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fcyelerimizin meslek \u00fcnvanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00fccret d\u00fczenlemeleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bu \u00fccretlere ilaveten d\u00f6rt e\u015fit par\u00e7ada \u00fc\u00e7 ayda bir \u00f6denecek \u015fekilde y\u0131lda toplam 52 g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fccretleri tutar\u0131nda ikramiye verilecektir.
