Yap\u0131lan denetimlerde \u00f6zellikle \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin gramaj\u0131, fiyatlar\u0131 ve \u00fcretim yap\u0131lan alanlar\u0131n hijyen ko\u015fullar\u0131 mercek alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ekiplerce, ekmek ve unlu mamullerin belirlenen standart ve gramajlarda \u00fcretilip \u00fcretilmedi\u011fi titizlikle \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcrken, sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131 ile etiket bilgilerinin uyumu da kontrol edildi. \u00dcretim alanlar\u0131, tezg\u00e2h d\u00fczeni, personel hijyeni ve saklama ko\u015fullar\u0131 detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde incelenirken; kurallara uymayan i\u015fletmelere gerekli uyar\u0131larda bulunuldu.<\/p>\n

Bu nedenle ramazan ay\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde denetimlerimizi \u00f6zellikle bu alanda yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131k. Gramaj eksikli\u011fi, fiyat uyumsuzlu\u011fu ve hijyen kurallar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kesinlikle m\u00fcsamaha g\u00f6stermiyoruz. Amac\u0131m\u0131z ceza yazmak de\u011fil vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenilir ve standartlara uygun \u00fcr\u00fcnlere ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.
