T\u00dcRK\u0130YE’nin ilk k\u0131z meslek liselerinden Bursa Necatibey K\u0131z Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi’ndeki at\u00f6lye Ipekyol Group taraf\u0131ndan yenilendi. Proje ile mesleki e\u011fitimin niteli\u011fini art\u0131rmak, gen\u00e7 kad\u0131nlar\u0131 haz\u0131r giyim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ger\u00e7ek \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leriyle bulu\u015fturmak ve kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131nda sekt\u00f6rde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u015firketlerden Ipekyol Group, at\u00f6lye projesini hayata ge\u00e7irdi. Bu kapsamda Bursa Necatibey K\u0131z Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi’ndeki mevcut at\u00f6lye yenilenerek g\u00fcncel \u00fcretim dinamiklerine uygun hale getirildi. At\u00f6lyede \u00f6\u011frencilerin sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn i\u015fleyi\u015fini yerinde deneyimleyebilece\u011fi bir e\u011fitim ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
Proje ile gen\u00e7 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n mezuniyet sonras\u0131 i\u015f hayat\u0131na daha donan\u0131ml\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcvenli ve haz\u0131r bireyler olarak kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyor. At\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, Ipekyol Group’un e\u011fitim, kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 ve sosyal sorumluluk alanlar\u0131n\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak ele alan uzun vadeli yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak konumlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
