Asliye Ceza Mahkemesinin 2026\/17 D. \u0130\u015f say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 ile &#8220;\u00c7ocu\u011fa Kar\u015f\u0131 Cinsel Taciz&#8221; su\u00e7undan tutuklanmas\u0131 nedeniyle; Anayasan\u0131n 127&#8217;nci maddesi ile 5393 say\u0131l\u0131 Belediye Kanununun 47&#8217;nci maddesi uyar\u0131nca ge\u00e7ici bir tedbir olarak \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;nca g\u00f6revden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&#8221; <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/chpli-hasbi-dede-gorevden-uzaklastirildi-2-fuFHBTBJ.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Giresun G\u00f6rele Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hasbi Dede&#8217;nin g\u00f6revinden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 duyuruldu.
