Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Y\u0131ld\u0131z \u00dcnsal, \u201c13 y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6zerek kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn yolunu a\u00e7man\u0131n mutlulu\u011funu ya\u015f\u0131yor; katk\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fcm yetkililere te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kar\u015f\u0131yaka Belediyesi, Cumhuriyet Mahallesi\u2019nde ta\u015f oca\u011f\u0131 olarak bilinen ve 2013 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bekleyen riskli alanda kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak bir ad\u0131m att\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 150 hak sahibini ilgilendiren ve 2.59 hektarl\u0131k alan\u0131 kapsayan b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in belediye ekiplerince y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen yo\u011fun teknik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda yeni imar plan\u0131 haz\u0131rland\u0131. Bu do\u011frultuda; b\u00f6lgedeki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm sorununun hak sahipleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ma\u011fduriyet yaratmadan t\u00fcm hak sahiplerinin ikamesi ve plan\u0131n uygulanabilirli\u011finin sa\u011flanabilmesi, gerekli konut sto\u011funun yap\u0131labilmesi, ta\u015f oca\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgesine ili\u015fkin g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemlerinin al\u0131nabilmesi ve ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan maliyet y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131layabilmek ad\u0131na \u00e7evredeki yap\u0131la\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 ile uyumlu olarak haz\u0131rlanan planlar \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan onaylanarak resmi s\u00fcrece dahil edildi. B\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131n can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fini merkeze alan bu geli\u015fme, y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcregelen belirsizli\u011fin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 ad\u0131na tarihi bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n<p><b>KENTSEL D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015e\u00dcM\u00dcN \u00d6N\u00dc A\u00c7ILACAK<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan 1\/5000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli Naz\u0131m \u0130mar Plan\u0131 ve 1\/1000 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli Uygulama \u0130mar Plan\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri, \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u0130zmir \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde ilan edilerek ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. 24 \u015eubat Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar ask\u0131da kalacak olan planlar, itiraz s\u00fcresinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan kesinle\u015fme a\u015famas\u0131na gelecek. Planlar\u0131n kesinle\u015fip y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesiyle birlikte, b\u00f6lgedeki kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lacak. B\u00f6ylece b\u00f6lgedeki vatanda\u015flar daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli konutlara kavu\u015fmu\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<p><b>&#8220;EN KR\u0130T\u0130K E\u015e\u0130\u011e\u0130 A\u015eTIK&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kar\u015f\u0131yaka Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Y\u0131ld\u0131z \u00dcnsal, \u201cCumhuriyet Mahallemizdeki eski ta\u015f oca\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde 13 y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcregelen imar sorununu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturmak ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcvenli konut talebine yan\u0131t vermek ad\u0131na g\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimiz ilk g\u00fcnden bu yana kararl\u0131l\u0131kla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. 2.59 hektarl\u0131k bu riskli alanda, yakla\u015f\u0131k 150 hak sahibimizi yak\u0131ndan ilgilendiren planlama s\u00fcrecinde, teknik ekiplerimizin titiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda en kritik a\u015famay\u0131 geride b\u0131rakt\u0131k. Haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z planlar\u0131n onaylanarak ask\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla birlikte; mahallemizde depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131, modern \u015fehircilik ilkelerine uygun ve sosyal donat\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f olduk. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, g\u00f6sterdikleri i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ve eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en t\u00fcm kurumlara te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum.
