Oru\u00e7 esnas\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k v\u00fccuttan uzakla\u015fm\u0131\u015fken, sigaray\u0131 tekrar hat\u0131rlamadan devam etmek, b\u0131rakma prosed\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u015ftan ba\u015flamaktan \u00e7ok daha kolay. Ramazan i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck avantajlardan biri de etrafta i\u00e7enlerin say\u0131s\u0131nda azalma olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu durumda uyaran\u0131n az olmas\u0131 ki\u015finin i\u00e7me iste\u011fini de azaltacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca b\u0131rakan ya da b\u0131rakmak \u00fczere olan ki\u015fi \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcnd\u00fcz pasif i\u00e7icili\u011fe maruz kalmayacakt\u0131r.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8220;AKC\u0130\u011eER KANSER\u0130 R\u0130SK\u0130 22 KAT ARTIYOR&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sahurda g\u00fcnl\u00fck nikotin stoklar\u0131n\u0131 almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u00e7icilerin arka arkaya sigara i\u00e7meleri nedeniyle \u00f6l\u00fcm riskinin \u00e7ok art\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7eken Toprak, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Kanda ve nefeste h\u0131zla y\u00fcksek miktarlara ula\u015fan nikotin kalp ritminde art\u0131\u015f, ritim bozuklu\u011fu ve hipertansiyona neden olabilir. Bu durum kalp krizi riskinin art\u0131\u015f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. Uzun vadeli sigara kullanan ki\u015filerde ise akci\u011fer kanseri riski 22 kat, bron\u015fit riski 10 kat daha fazlad\u0131r. Kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 riski de 3 kat artmaktad\u0131r. Ba\u015fta akci\u011fer kanseri olmak \u00fczere, nefes borusu, yemek borusu ve pankreas gibi neredeyse t\u00fcm kanserlerin t\u00fct\u00fcnle ili\u015fkisi vard\u0131r.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toprak, t\u00fct\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131ndaki en \u00f6nemli nedenin nikotin aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funa de\u011finerek, fiziksel ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k art\u0131k\u00e7a ila\u00e7 destek tedavisine ihtiyac\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015finin sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda i\u00e7me iste\u011fi duymas\u0131n\u0131n nedenini, <strong>&#8220;v\u00fccutta nikotin d\u00fczeyinin d\u00fc\u015fmesi&#8221;<\/strong> \u015feklinde a\u00e7\u0131klayan Toprak, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Nikotin eksikli\u011fi kendini \u00e7e\u015fitli belirtilerle g\u00f6sterebilir. Bu belirtilerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 konsantrasyon g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, huzursuzluk, sinirlilik, i\u015ftah art\u0131\u015f\u0131, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi ve uyku bozuklu\u011fudur. Ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 ki\u015fi bu olumsuzluklar\u0131 ya\u015famamak i\u00e7in yeniden ba\u015flayabilir. Bu sebeple ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k artt\u0131k\u00e7a ila\u00e7 destek tedavisi ihtiyac\u0131 da o kadar fazla olur.
