16 \u00fclkede halen kullan\u0131lan “Diversiyon” modeliyle \u00e7ocuklar, mevcut ceza sisteminin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131yor ve e\u011fitim program\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

“Diversiyon modeli, en basit tan\u0131m\u0131yla, bir sorunu do\u011frudan \u00e7\u00f6zmek yerine dikkati ba\u015fka bir y\u00f6ne \u00e7ekerek bask\u0131y\u0131 azaltma stratejisi” <\/em><\/b>olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
