24 Mart 2025 g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130stanbul’un Avc\u0131lar il\u00e7esi Firuzk\u00f6y Bulvar\u0131’nda feci bir kaza meydana geldi.<\/p>\n

San\u0131k H\u00fcseyin Sara\u00e7’\u0131n (40) idaresindeki t\u0131r\u0131n, Onur S\u00f6nmemi\u015f’in (20) motosikletine \u00e7arpmas\u0131 sonucu kazan\u0131n meydana geldi.<\/p>\n

Kazada S\u00f6nmemi\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti.<\/p>\n

\u0130ddianamede, trafik bilirki\u015fisi raporunda san\u0131\u011f\u0131n manevralar\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen genel \u015fartlara uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan asli kusurlu oldu\u011fu, maktul\u00fcn ise dikkatsiz, tedbirsiz ara\u00e7 sevk ve idare etti\u011fi i\u00e7in tali kusurlu oldu\u011funun tespit edildi\u011fi aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

San\u0131\u011f\u0131n ifadesinde su\u00e7lamay\u0131 kabul etmedi\u011fi de belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Bug\u00fcn, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece 16. Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi’nde g\u00f6r\u00fclen duru\u015fmaya tutuksuz san\u0131k H\u00fcseyin Sara\u00e7, Onur S\u00f6nmemi\u015f’in annesi m\u00fc\u015fteki Dilek S\u00f6nmemi\u015f ve taraf avukatlar\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

San\u0131k H\u00fcseyin Sara\u00e7 savunmas\u0131nda, “Olay s\u0131ras\u0131nda ben d\u0131\u015far\u0131da bir kontrolc\u00fc ya da bayrak\u00e7\u0131 kullanmad\u0131m. t\u0131r kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019da g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ok say\u0131da manevra yapmaktad\u0131r. Her seferinde d\u0131\u015far\u0131da kontrolc\u00fc bulundurman\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcnat\u0131 yoktur, ben uzaktan geliyordum, firman\u0131n benim geldi\u011fimi bilip kontrolc\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kartmas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcnat\u0131 da yoktur. Ben iki kere sinyal verdim, d\u00f6rtl\u00fclerimi yakt\u0131m, arkadaki iki ara\u00e7 ve motorlu beni g\u00f6r\u00fcp durdular, maktul\u00fcn beni g\u00f6rmemesinin sebebi \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r ve onun kusurundan kaynakl\u0131d\u0131r” <\/b><\/em>dedi.<\/p>\n
