Sonu\u00e7; yorulan kalp! Tedavi ile k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve b\u00fcy\u00fck kan bas\u0131n\u00e7lar\u0131 13 ve 6 mm Hg\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcnce kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 riskini y\u00fczde 16 oran\u0131nda azaltmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabiliyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>D\u0130YABET<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span>Diyabet, hiperlipidemi, hipertansiyon, obezite ve ins\u00fclin direnci ile ateroskleroz (damar sertli\u011fi) aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131 bir ili\u015fki var. Diyabet damar duvar\u0131n\u0131n esnekli\u011fini bozuyor, damarlarda h\u00fccre birikimi ile art\u0131\u015f\u0131na neden oluyor, kanda p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor ve damar i\u00e7 y\u00fczeyindeki h\u00fccre hasar\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. \u0130yi kontrol edilemeyen diyabet tipik olarak hipertrigliserideminin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra iyi huylu kolesterol HDL\u2019nin d\u00fc\u015fmesine de yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 nedeniyle \u00f6l\u00fcm tip1 diyabetlilerde 3-10 kat, tip 2 diyabetlilerde erkeklerde 2, kad\u0131nlarda 4 kat art\u0131yor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>KANDAK\u0130 L\u0130POPROTE\u0130NLER<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span>Y\u00fcksek kolesterol seviyesi, \u00f6zellikle LDL denilen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funluklu kolesterol\u00fcn y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 durumu da gittik\u00e7e art\u0131yor. \u0130yi huylu olan HDL kolesterol\u00fcn ise ateroskleroz geli\u015fiminde koruyucu bir rol\u00fc var. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck HDL, yani 35 mg\/dl alt\u0131ndaki HDL de\u011ferleri \u00f6nemli ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir koroner risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc oluyor. Y\u00fcksek homosistein d\u00fczeyleri de aterosklerotik (damar sertli\u011fi) damar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bir ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak tan\u0131mland\u0131. Bu d\u00fczey \u00fczerinde homosistein bulunanlarda 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde miyokard infarkt\u00fcs\u00fc ge\u00e7irme riski 3.4 kat art\u0131yor.
