Ancak Ramazan ay\u0131nda oru\u00e7 ibadeti yerine getirilirken dikkat edilmesi gerekenler olabiliyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Ramazan ay\u0131nda acil servis ba\u015fvurular\u0131, iftar sonras\u0131 ilk birka\u00e7 saatte art\u0131yor. T\u00fcm g\u00fcn a\u00e7 kald\u0131ktan sonra iftarda yenilen a\u011f\u0131r yiyecekler kalbi yorabiliyor. \u00d6zellikle kalp krizi \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc olanlar, stent tak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bireyler ve kalp yetmezli\u011fi hastalar\u0131, oru\u00e7 tutmadan \u00f6nce doktorlar\u0131na dan\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 ve ki\u015fisel sa\u011fl\u0131k durumlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelidirler. Memorial Bah\u00e7elievler Hastanesi Kardiyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden Prof. Dr. Ahmet Y\u0131ld\u0131z, Ramazan ay\u0131nda kalp hastalar\u0131yla ilgili \u00f6nerilerde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kalp Hastalar\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in Oru\u00e7 Tutma Karar\u0131 Hastay\u0131 Takip Eden Doktoruyla De\u011ferlendirilmeli!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylerde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, orucun yararl\u0131 etkilerine i\u015faret etmektedir. \u00a0Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylerde Ramazan s\u00fcresince ve sonraki birka\u00e7 haftal\u0131k d\u00f6nemde HDL yani iyi kolesterol d\u00fczeylerinin Ramazan \u00f6ncesine g\u00f6re artt\u0131\u011f\u0131, LDL yani k\u00f6t\u00fc kolesterol d\u00fczeylerinin ise azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Do\u011fru \u015fekilde tutulan bir oru\u00e7ta g\u00fcnl\u00fck kalori al\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131 ile ins\u00fclin duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 artmakta, strese dayanma kolayla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Hatta ayda en az bir g\u00fcn oru\u00e7 tutanlarda bile damar sertli\u011finin daha az oldu\u011fu bildirilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\u00a0Kalp hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in oru\u00e7 tutma karar\u0131, bireysel sa\u011fl\u0131k durumuna g\u00f6re belirlenmelidir. Uzmanlar, hastalar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, orta ve y\u00fcksek riskli gruplar olarak de\u011ferlendirmektedir:<\/p>\n<p><em>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck-Orta Riskli Grup:<\/em>\u00a0Stabil kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan, tansiyonu kontrol alt\u0131nda olan ve doktoru taraf\u0131ndan onay verilen hastalar oru\u00e7 tutabilir.<\/p>\n<p><em>Y\u00fcksek Riskli Grup:<\/em>\u00a0Son 6 hafta i\u00e7inde kalp krizi ge\u00e7irenler, ciddi kalp yetmezli\u011fi olanlar, kontrols\u00fcz ritim bozuklu\u011fu ya\u015fayanlar ve ileri evre damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunanlar hastalar oru\u00e7 tutmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c7ok Y\u00fcksek Riskli Grup:<\/em>\u00a0\u0130leri evre kalp yetmezli\u011fi, ciddi pulmoner hipertansiyonu (akci\u011fer tansiyonu) olan hastalar\u0131n oru\u00e7 tutmalar\u0131 kesinlikle \u00f6nerilmez.<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan\u2019da uzun s\u00fcreli a\u00e7l\u0131k ve susuzluk, v\u00fccuttaki s\u0131v\u0131 dengesini bozarak kalp hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli riskler do\u011furabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tansiyon Dengesizlikleri: Uzun s\u00fcre susuz kalmak, kan bas\u0131nc\u0131nda ani d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015flere veya y\u00fckselmelere neden olabilir.<\/li>\n<li>Ritim Bozukluklar\u0131: Elektrolit dengesizlikleri, kalp ritminde d\u00fczensizliklere yol a\u00e7abilir.<\/li>\n<li>S\u0131v\u0131 Kayb\u0131: Dehidrasyon, \u00f6zellikle kalp yetmezli\u011fi hastalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ciddi bir risktir.<\/li>\n<li>Kan \u015eekeri Dalgalanmalar\u0131: Diyabet ile birlikte kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunan ki\u015filerde kan \u015fekeri seviyelerinde ani de\u011fi\u015fiklikler meydana gelebilir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Son 6 ay i\u00e7erisinde kalp krizi ge\u00e7iren hastalar, kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 olan hastalar, son 6 ay i\u00e7erisinde kalp damarlar\u0131na balon yap\u0131lan, stent tak\u0131lan veya bypass ameliyat\u0131 olmu\u015f hastalar da oru\u00e7 tutmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>Kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131namayan veya hayat\u0131 tehdit edici aritmi riski olan hastalarda da oru\u00e7 riskli olabilir. Diren\u00e7li hipertansiyonu olan yani ila\u00e7 tedavisine ra\u011fmen kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan hastalar da tansiyonlar\u0131 normale inmeden oru\u00e7 tutmamal\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tek ba\u015f\u0131na hipertansiyonu olan ve ila\u00e7la kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 normal d\u00fczeylerde seyreden hastalar ise ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 her g\u00fcn d\u00fczenli almak ko\u015fulu ile oru\u00e7 tutabilirler. Bu say\u0131lan durumlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm kalp damar hastalar\u0131 oru\u00e7 tutup tutamayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 mutlaka hekimlerine dan\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oru\u00e7 Tutan Kalp Hastalar\u0131 Dikkat Etmeli!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kalp hastalar\u0131n\u0131n doktoruyla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc takdirde oru\u00e7 tutarken dikkat etmesi gereken baz\u0131 noktalar var. \u00d6ncelikle ila\u00e7lar\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi gerekmektedir. Hasta, doktoruyla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ferek ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 iftar ve sahur saatine uygun \u015fekilde ayarlamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130ftar veya sahurda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011fl\u0131 ve tuzlu yiyeceklerden ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 proteinler ve lif a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin besinler t\u00fcketilmelidir. \u0130ftar ve sahur aras\u0131nda yeterli su i\u00e7erek v\u00fccudun s\u0131v\u0131 dengesi korunmal\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcn i\u00e7inde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hareketten ka\u00e7\u0131narak kalbin yorulmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
