Bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131 ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise reel konut fiyat\u0131 \u00fclke genelinde ve \u0130zmir\u2019de azal\u0131rken, \u0130stanbul ve Ankara\u2019da ise \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Buna g\u00f6re reel kira fiyat endeksi 166,4\u2019e d\u00fc\u015ferken bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na k\u0131yasla reel kira endeksindeki de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00fczde -2,1 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re reel kira endeksi \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirde de azald\u0131. Ocak ay\u0131nda reel kira de\u011fi\u015fimi \u0130stanbul\u2019da y\u00fczde -1,3, Ankara\u2019da y\u00fczde -2,5, \u0130zmir\u2019de ise y\u00fczde -2,7 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ancak, ilan edilen fiyatlardan bir kiralaman\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fip ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiyse hangi fiyattan ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi bilgisi bilinemiyor.
