Protokol kapsam\u0131nda kurulacak tesiste b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015f canl\u0131 hayvan kesim \u00fcniteleri yer alacak. Modern \u00fcretim ve i\u015fleme tekniklerinin uygulanaca\u011f\u0131 tesisle birlikte hijyenik, kontroll\u00fc ve mevzuata uygun \u00fcretim ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
