Kocaelispor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc’nden konuya ili\u015fkin yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “D\u00fcn ak\u015fam oynam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz m\u00fcsabakada t\u00fcm futbol kamuoyunun malumu oldu\u011fu \u00fczere Fenerbah\u00e7eli bir futbolcunun trib\u00fcnlerimize kar\u015f\u0131 en hafif tabirle rezil bir hareketi olmu\u015ftur. Lakin bu hareket sadece taraftar\u0131m\u0131za yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir hareket olarak de\u011ferlendirilemez. Bu hareket, \u00fclke futbolunun d\u00fczenleyicisi T\u00fcrkiye Futbol Federasyonu’na, rakibimiz Fenerbah\u00e7e’ye ve \u00fclkemizin ahlaki de\u011ferlerine a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a sald\u0131r\u0131 ve hakaret mesabesindedir.<\/p>\n
Bu rezillikten \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc kul\u00fcb\u00fcm\u00fcz taraf\u0131ndan gerekli t\u00fcm aksiyonlar al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r lakin en b\u00fcy\u00fck tepkiyi Fenerbah\u00e7e kul\u00fcb\u00fc ile \u00fclkemizde tarafl\u0131 tarafs\u0131z t\u00fcm futbol severlerin vermesi gerekmektedir. Kul\u00fcb\u00fcm\u00fczce bug\u00fcn itibariyle T\u00fcrkiye Futbol Federasyonu hukuk kurullar\u0131 nezdinde ilgili \u015fahsa y\u00f6nelik Futbol Disiplin Talimat\u0131 ilgili maddeleri gere\u011fince cezai m\u00fceyyide tatbik edilmesi ad\u0131na ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n
Hukuki anlamda bu \u015fahs\u0131n hak etti\u011fi cezay\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Futbol Federasyonu nezdinde alaca\u011f\u0131na dair en ufak \u015f\u00fcphemiz bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Bu \u015fah\u0131s bir daha bizim stadyumumuza futbolcu olarak geldi\u011finde taraftarlar\u0131m\u0131z ilgili \u015fahsa m\u00fcstahak olan ilgi ve alakay\u0131 g\u00f6sterecektir.
