Ramazan da insan\u0131n hayat yolculu\u011funda giderken, 12 aydan bir ay\u0131n\u0131 b\u00f6yle bir i\u00e7sel yolculu\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmak gibi ele almas\u0131; kendini anlamak ve yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 rutin i\u015flere farkl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lardan bakabilmek, yeni bak\u0131\u015flar getirebilmek, yeni anlamlar katabilmek ve hayat\u0131yla ilgili sorgulamalar yapabilmesi i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsatt\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131 yeniden analiz etmek gerekiyor.\u201d<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramazan, psikolojik SWOT analizi yapma d\u00f6nemi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazan\u2019\u0131n bir t\u00fcr psikolojik SWOT analizi yapma d\u00f6nemi olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilece\u011fini belirten Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeyin f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00f6nerilen bir y\u00f6ntem vard\u0131r; buna SWOT analizi denir. Ki\u015fi bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yaparken kendisine farkl\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131dan, adeta \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bir g\u00f6zle bakarak de\u011ferlendirme yapar. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nlerini ve zay\u0131f y\u00f6nlerini tespit eder, amac\u0131n\u0131 netle\u015ftirir. Bu t\u00fcr de\u011ferlendirmeler bir\u00e7ok vizyon toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, kurumsal d\u00fczeyde ve resmi uygulamalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ramazan ay\u0131 da insan i\u00e7in benzer bir imk\u00e2n sunar. Hayat yolculu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Ramazan, ki\u015finin kendi ya\u015fam\u0131na dair psikolojik bir SWOT analizi yapabilece\u011fi \u00f6zel bir d\u00f6nem olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cOru\u00e7, niyetle ba\u015flar\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazan\u2019\u0131n yaln\u0131zca bedensel bir a\u00e7l\u0131k s\u00fcreci olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, as\u0131l anlam\u0131n\u0131n niyetle ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Prof. Dr. Tarhan \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMesela ki\u015fi, \u201cYapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m i\u015f ne kadar do\u011fru? Ama\u00e7lar\u0131ma ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde hizmet ediyorum? Do\u011fru bir stratejiyle mi ilerliyorum? Fark\u0131nda olmadan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m hatalar var m\u0131?\u201d gibi sorular\u0131 kendisine y\u00f6neltip hayat\u0131n\u0131n anlam\u0131 ve amac\u0131 \u00fczerine yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme f\u0131rsat\u0131 olarak Ramazan\u2019\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirse, bu d\u00f6nem yaln\u0131zca bir a\u00e7l\u0131k k\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7er. Anlam\u0131 bilinmeden tutulan oru\u00e7 ise sadece bir a\u00e7l\u0131k prati\u011fi olarak kal\u0131r. Elbette bu da b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z de\u011fildir; v\u00fccut belli bir s\u00fcre a\u00e7 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda DNA hasarlar\u0131n\u0131n onar\u0131m\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bulgular vard\u0131r. Yani bedensel faydalar\u0131 da s\u00f6z konusudur. Ancak Ramazan\u2019\u0131n as\u0131l de\u011feri niyetle ba\u015flar. Anadolu\u2019da Ramazan i\u00e7in \u201cNiyetli misin?\u201d diye sorulmas\u0131 son derece manidard\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Ramazan orucunun temelinde niyet vard\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan ve namazda niyetin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u201cRamazan\u2019da niyet var, namazda niyet var. Bunlar da niye niyet var? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan\u0131n Allah\u2019la ba\u011f kurdu\u011fu and\u0131r bu d\u00f6nemler. O d\u00f6nemler kalbini Rabbine y\u00f6neltti\u011fi d\u00f6nemlerdir insan\u0131n. Varolu\u015fun amac\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fi, varolu\u015funa uygun ge\u00e7ti\u011fi s\u0131nav s\u00fcrecini yeniden ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnlerdir bunlar.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eski Ramazanlar \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumuzun Ramazan\u2019\u0131\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazan\u2019\u0131n toplumsal huzura katk\u0131 sundu\u011funu ifade eden Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u201cBak\u0131rk\u00f6y Ruh ve Sinir Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Hastanesi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, alkol ve madde kullanan bireylerin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 50\u2019si Ramazan ay\u0131nda bu al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131na ara veriyor. Y\u00fczde 50 gibi y\u00fcksek bir oran dikkat \u00e7ekici bir tablo ortaya koyuyor. Nitekim cezaevlerindeki su\u00e7 oranlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, vakalar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131n\u0131n alkol ve madde kullan\u0131m\u0131yla ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ramazan d\u00f6neminde alkol ve madde kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131, aile i\u00e7i ili\u015fkileri de olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiliyor. Ev ortam\u0131nda huzurun artt\u0131\u011f\u0131, aile bireyleri aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fimin ve uyumun g\u00fc\u00e7lendi\u011fi ifade ediliyor. Bu nedenle \u00e7ocuklar da Ramazan g\u00fcnlerini daha s\u0131cak, daha sakin ve daha huzurlu bir d\u00f6nem olarak hat\u0131rl\u0131yor ve \u00f6zl\u00fcyorlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 sevindirmek hay\u0131rd\u0131r, sevapt\u0131r, g\u00fczeldir. \u0130yilik yapmak te\u015fvik ediliyor. Bunun etkisiyle insano\u011flu Ramazan\u2019\u0131 hep g\u00fczel an\u0131larla beynine kaydetmi\u015f. Bu \u00e7ocuklardaki Ramazan\u2019\u0131 biz \u2018eski Ramazan\u2019 gibi s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz; asl\u0131nda kendi \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumuzun Ramazan\u2019\u0131n\u0131 kastediyoruz buradan fark\u0131nda olmadan, bilin\u00e7alt\u0131 bir mekanizmayla.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cRamazan, psikolojik sa\u011flaml\u0131k antrenman\u0131d\u0131r\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazan\u2019\u0131n bir dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k e\u011fitimi oldu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRamazan, bir bak\u0131ma insan i\u00e7in bir antrenman s\u00fcrecidir. Bu d\u00f6nem, ki\u015finin psikolojik sa\u011flaml\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek \u00fczere kendisiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, bir idman yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zel bir ay gibidir. Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k e\u011fitimi verdi\u011fi, isteklerini erteleme becerisini geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi ve sosyal empati duygusunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Empati, en temel sosyal duygulardan biridir; kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n duygular\u0131n\u0131 anlayabilme becerisidir. Nitekim Danimarka\u2019da okullarda empati dersi verildi\u011fi bilinmektedir. Bu dersin amac\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bencil bireyler olarak yeti\u015fmemesi; yaln\u0131zca kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen de\u011fil, bireysel fayda ile toplumsal fayda aras\u0131nda denge kurabilen bireyler olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan da bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle sosyal bir ayd\u0131r. Ki\u015fi, a\u00e7l\u0131k deneyimi \u00fczerinden ihtiya\u00e7 sahiplerini daha iyi anlar; iyilik yapman\u0131n bir ibadet oldu\u011funu idrak eder. \u2018Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc iyilik sadakad\u0131r\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, selam vermeyi ve tebess\u00fcm etmeyi dahi bir hay\u0131r olarak g\u00f6ren bir inan\u00e7 perspektifini yans\u0131t\u0131r. Bu nedenle Ramazan ay\u0131, ruhlar\u0131n olgunla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, geli\u015fti\u011fi ve tek\u00e2m\u00fcl etti\u011fi bir d\u00f6nem niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131r. Elbette bunun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi, Ramazan\u2019\u0131n anlam\u0131na uygun \u015fekilde ya\u015fanmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7a\u011f\u0131n iki temel hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131: Bencillik ve d\u00fcnyac\u0131l\u0131k\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toplumsal bencillik ve d\u00fcnyac\u0131l\u0131k e\u011filimlerine de de\u011finen Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u201cAncak i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n iki temel hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edilebilir: Biri bencillik, di\u011feri ise d\u00fcnyac\u0131l\u0131k. Bu iki e\u011filim, insan\u0131n manevi kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 zay\u0131flatmakta, i\u00e7sel derinli\u011fini daraltmaktad\u0131r. Bencil bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na sahip ki\u015fi, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman herkesi kendisine bor\u00e7lu gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcr; \u00f6nceli\u011fi daima kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131d\u0131r. \u2018\u00d6nce can, sonra canan\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla hareket eder, gerekti\u011finde en yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 dahi geri planda b\u0131rakabilece\u011fini ifade eder. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k duygusunun zay\u0131flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir insan tipinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte psikiyatri prati\u011finde daha \u00e7ok a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 fedak\u00e2r, kendini ihmal eden, adeta \u2018kendini paspas yapan\u2019 ki\u015filerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken; g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ise daha \u00e7ok bencil ve narsistik \u00f6zellikler g\u00f6steren bireylerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramazan\u2019da sessiz iyilik yap\u0131lmal\u0131!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazan\u2019da \u00f6ncelikle sessiz iyilik yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini kaydeden Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u201c\u00dcsk\u00fcdar\u2019da h\u00e2len varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren sadaka ta\u015flar\u0131 bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n bir yans\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r; veren de alan da birbirini g\u00f6rmez. Anadolu gelene\u011finde de benzer uygulamalar vard\u0131r. Ramazan ay\u0131nda bir ki\u015fi \u00e7\u0131kar, mahalle bakkal\u0131n\u0131n veresiye defterindeki bor\u00e7lar\u0131 kapat\u0131r ve bunu zek\u00e2t\u0131na sayar.\u201d ifadesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz k\u00fcresel sistemine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u2018sen \u00e7al\u0131\u015f ben yiyeyim\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu bir d\u00fczenin dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fine vurgu yapan Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u201cSermayesini ranta yat\u0131rarak emek harcamadan ge\u00e7inmeyi tercih eden bir yakla\u015f\u0131m s\u00f6z konusudur. Bunun yan\u0131nda \u2018bana dokunmayan y\u0131lan bin ya\u015fas\u0131n\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 da yayg\u0131nd\u0131r; \u2018ba\u015fkas\u0131 a\u00e7l\u0131ktan \u00f6lse de ben tok olduktan sonra bana ne\u2019 diyen bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ramazan ay\u0131, i\u015fte bu sistemi ve bu zihniyeti sorgulamak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsat sunar.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramazan\u2019da hayat\u0131m\u0131zda bir anlam de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yapabiliriz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cRamazan\u2019da hayat\u0131m\u0131zda bir anlam de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yapabilir ve bunu Ramazan sonras\u0131nda da s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirsek, bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc kal\u0131c\u0131 h\u00e2le getirebiliriz.\u201d diyen Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u201cBu nedenle yaln\u0131zca midemize de\u011fil, duygular\u0131m\u0131za da oru\u00e7 tutturmak gerekir. \u0130nsan\u0131n ruh yap\u0131s\u0131nda vicdan, nefis, ak\u0131l, kalp ve ruh gibi farkl\u0131 melekeler vard\u0131r. Bu ruhi unsurlar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 disipline edebilirsek, Ramazan bizim i\u00e7in bir yenilenme ve manevi bir ayd\u0131nlanma ay\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Ramazan\u2019dan sonra daha olumlu y\u00f6nde de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f bir \u015fekilde hayata devam edebilmek ise ilahi hedefi kavrayabilmekle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de Ramazan\u2019\u0131n emredili\u015fi, insanlara yaln\u0131zca a\u00e7l\u0131k \u00e7ektirmek i\u00e7in de\u011fildir. \u0130lahi hedefin ne oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek, kaderin bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te insandan ne istedi\u011fini sorgulamak gerekir. \u0130nsan akl\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu anlam\u0131 bulabilir.
