Sendikadan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, sendikan\u0131n yetkili oldu\u011fu Hac\u0131lar Belediyesinin i\u015ftiraki olan Hac\u0131lar \u0130mar A\u015e’de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fcyeleri kapsayan toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015fla imza alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n
Burada konu\u015fan HAK-\u0130\u015e Konfederasyonu \u0130l Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 Kayseri \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yavuz Navruz, taraflar aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen m\u00fczakereler neticesinde imzalanan 2 y\u0131ll\u0131k toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda adalet ve dengeyi g\u00f6zeten bir anlay\u0131\u015fla haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ekonomik ve sosyal haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve geli\u015ftirilmesiyle birlikte, yerel y\u00f6netimlerde hizmetin s\u00fcreklili\u011fi ve kurumsal istikrar\u0131n teminat alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefledi\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n
S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 dileyen ve Hac\u0131lar Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bilal \u00d6zdo\u011fan’a te\u015fekk\u00fcr eden Navruz, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: <\/p>\n
“S\u00f6zle\u015fme i\u00e7eri\u011fiyle ilgili sosyal haklar\u0131 iyile\u015ftirici idari h\u00fck\u00fcmler eklenerek i\u015f yerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fcyelerimizin meslek \u00fcnvanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00fccret d\u00fczenlemeleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131l\u0131rken \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde ve kamudaki meslek kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ile meslek erbapl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede \u00fccretler toplamda 6 grup halinde taban 50 bin TL, tavan 72 bin TL olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca bu \u00fccretlere ilaveten d\u00f6rt e\u015fit par\u00e7ada \u00fc\u00e7 ayda bir \u00f6denecek \u015fekilde y\u0131lda toplam 52 g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fccretleri tutar\u0131nda ikramiye verilecektir. S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin devam eden alt\u0131 ayl\u0131k periyodlar\u0131nda enflasyon verileri dikkate al\u0131narak \u00fccret art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 uygulanacakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
