Kongrede konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak; 2019 Fizik Nobel \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc sahibi Prof. Didier Queloz, fiziksel kimya ve bilim ileti\u015fimi alan\u0131n\u0131n isimlerinden Prof. Peter Atkins, Spectroscopy IKU ERA Chair Holder Prof. Rui Fausto, Raman spektroskopisi ve biyolojik g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme alan\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 otorite kabul edilen Prof. Malgorzata Baranska ile teorik ve hesaplamal\u0131 kimya alan\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla tan\u0131nan Prof. Wei-Tao Yang yer alacak.
