Sahur ve iftar sofralar\u0131n\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmezlerinden olan hurma ve helva sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck yo\u011funluk ya\u015fan\u0131yor. \u015eu anda hurman\u0131n kilosu ortalama 120-650 TL aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterirken, helva ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 320 TL’ye sat\u0131l\u0131yor<\/p>\n

Hurma sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla ilgili son durumu anlatan kuruyemi\u015f\u00e7i Ahmet D\u00f6nder, “Ramazan Ay\u0131 geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00e7e\u015fit tezgahlarda yerini alm\u0131\u015f durumda. \u015eu an elimizde \u0130ran, Irak, Medine, Kud\u00fcs ve Mebrum hurmalar\u0131 mevcut. En \u00e7ok tercih edilenler tabii ki az \u015fekerli ve yumu\u015fak olanlar. <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

Kud\u00fcs, Medine ve Mebrum hurmalar\u0131 yumu\u015fak ve az \u015fekerli oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok tercih ediliyor. Fiyatlar 120 TL’den ba\u015fl\u0131yor, 650 TL’ye kadar devam ediyor. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za i\u015flem g\u00f6rmemi\u015f hurmalar\u0131 tercih etmelerini \u00f6neriyoruz”<\/b><\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n

“HELVALAR REVA\u00c7TA”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Helvac\u0131 Nurettin Y\u0131ld\u0131z ise, sat\u0131\u015flarla ilgili olarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n

“\u0130n\u015fallah Ramazan bereketli, i\u015flerimiz daha iyi olur. Ramazan Ay\u0131’nda tahin, pekmez ve helvalar\u0131m\u0131z reva\u00e7ta. Met helvas\u0131 genellikle Eski\u015fehir d\u0131\u015f\u0131na gidecek olanlar i\u00e7in hediyeliktir. Bir yere hediye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fi zaman met helvas\u0131n\u0131 tercih ediyorlar.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

Ramazan Ay\u0131’nda ise hem sofralarda tercih ediliyor hem de misafirli\u011fe gidilirken g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u015eu anda ra\u011fbet genellikle susam ve tahinedir. <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

Ben burada tahini kendim \u00e7ekiyorum. Met helvas\u0131n\u0131n kilosunu 420 TL yapt\u0131k, sade helvalar\u0131m\u0131z 320 TL, pekmezlerimiz ise 250 lira. Bu \u00fcr\u00fcnleri Ramazan Ay\u0131’nda biz kendimiz de t\u00fcketiyoruz. Helvalar\u0131m\u0131z ve tahinlerimiz sahurda t\u00fcketilince tok tutuyor.” <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n
