Van Y\u00fcz\u00fcnc\u00fc Y\u0131l \u00dcniversitesi (YY\u00dc) ile Afet ve Acil Durum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (AFAD) i\u015f birli\u011fiyle “Van’\u0131n Depremselli\u011fi” program\u0131 d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n
AFAD Konferans Salonu’nda d\u00fczenlenen programda konu\u015fan Van YY\u00dc G\u00fcvenlik Meslek Y\u00fcksekokulu Acil Durum ve Afet Y\u00f6netimi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Sacit Mutlu, T\u00fcrkiye’de b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik afet y\u00f6netim sisteminin uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrkiye’nin bir deprem \u00fclkesi oldu\u011funu belirten Mutlu, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: <\/p>\n
“D\u00fcnya risk endeksi raporunda T\u00fcrkiye’nin durumunun koyu k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 193 \u00fclke aras\u0131ndan riskin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Bu rapor tehlike arz eden birle\u015fenlerden olu\u015fuyor. \u00dclke olarak risk raporunda 35. s\u0131raday\u0131z, puan\u0131m\u0131z ise 14.62’dir. Afetlere maruz kalma seviyemiz olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek. Afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131k seviyesinde orta derecede yer al\u0131yoruz.”<\/p>\n
Depremle ilgili bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcklerini ifade eden Mutlu, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: <\/p>\n
“Deprem faylar\u0131n\u0131 hem arazide g\u00f6zlemliyoruz hem de deney yap\u0131yoruz. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla fay\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fini \u00f6\u011frenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Fay\u0131n aktif olup olmamas\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Fay\u0131n kayma h\u0131z\u0131, depremi tekrarlama aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve en son \u00fcretilen deprem miktar\u0131n\u0131 detayl\u0131ca ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Van’\u0131 etkileyecek faylarda ilk etapta I\u011fd\u0131r fay\u0131 yer al\u0131yor. Daha sonra Do\u011fubayaz\u0131t fay\u0131 var, sonras\u0131n da \u00c7ald\u0131ran ve Erci\u015f gibi bir\u00e7ok fay bulunuyor.”<\/p>\n
