Olay, 31 Ocak gecesi Kozan il\u00e7esi Varsaklar Mahallesi \u00d6rt\u00fcl\u00fc Sokak’ta meydana geldi. Tekel bayisine giden \u015eerafettin K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 ve Fatih Y\u0131ld\u0131z ile i\u015f yeri sahibi M.\u00d6. aras\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fma \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. O s\u0131rada d\u00fckkanda oturan i\u015f yeri sahibinin arkada\u015f\u0131 Mustafa \u00c7omak da tart\u0131\u015fmaya dahil oldu. Tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi \u00fczerine \u015eerafettin K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 ve Fatih Y\u0131ld\u0131z, iddiaya g\u00f6re \u00c7omak ve M.\u00d6.’ye b\u0131\u00e7akla sald\u0131rd\u0131. Ya\u015fanan arbede s\u0131ras\u0131nda Mustafa \u00c7omak ve M.\u00d6. v\u00fccutlar\u0131na ald\u0131klar\u0131 b\u0131\u00e7ak darbeleriyle kanlar i\u00e7inde yere y\u0131\u011f\u0131l\u0131rken, \u015f\u00fcpheliler, ka\u00e7t\u0131. <\/p>\n
\u00c7evredekilerin ihbar\u0131 \u00fczerine olay yerine sa\u011fl\u0131k ve polis ekipleri sevk edildi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k ekibinin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrolde, \u00c7omak’\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirlendi. A\u011f\u0131r yaralanan i\u015f yeri sahibi M.\u00d6. ise ambulansla hastaneye kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Tedaviye al\u0131nan M.\u00d6.’n\u00fcn hayati tehlikesinin bulundu\u011fu bildirildi. Mustafa \u00c7omak’\u0131n cenazesi, otopsi i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan topra\u011fa verildi. <\/p>\n
Polis, \u015f\u00fcphelileri yakalamak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131. \u00c7evredeki g\u00fcvenlik kameras\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini inceleyen polis ekipleri, \u015eerafettin K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 ve Fatih Y\u0131ld\u0131z ile saklanmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen K.K. ve V.K.’y\u0131 g\u00f6zalt\u0131na ald\u0131. \u015e\u00fcphelilerin, veresiye i\u00e7ki almak istedikleri ancak kabul edilmeyince sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.
