Ramazan ay\u0131nda uzun saatler s\u00fcren a\u00e7l\u0131k ise kan \u015fekeri dengesini bozarak \u00f6zellikle diyabet hastalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk olu\u015fturabilir. Oru\u00e7 karar\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde mutlaka doktora dan\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getiren Anadolu Sa\u011fl\u0131k Merkezi Hastanesi\u2019nden Endokrinoloji ve Metabolizma Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Fulya Ak\u0131n, \u201c\u0130ns\u00fclin takviyesi alanlar\u0131n oru\u00e7 tutmas\u0131, kan \u015fekeri seviyesinde ciddi dalgalanmalara yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fi i\u00e7in riskli olabilir\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2024 verileriyle 12 milyondan fazla diyabet hastas\u0131 bulundu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Fulya Ak\u0131n, \u201cRamazan\u2019da \u00f6zellikle iftar sonras\u0131nda tatl\u0131 ve hamur i\u015fi t\u00fcketiminde belirgin bir art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fan\u0131yor. \u015eerbetli ve yo\u011fun karbonhidrat i\u00e7eren tatl\u0131lar kan \u015fekerini k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede h\u0131zla y\u00fckseltebilir, ard\u0131ndan ani d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015flere yol a\u00e7arak dalgalanmalara neden olabilir. Bu durum diyabet hastalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi risk olu\u015fturur ve kan \u015fekeri kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Bu nedenle diyabet hastalar\u0131 oru\u00e7 tutmadan \u00f6nce mutlaka doktor kontrol\u00fcnden ge\u00e7meli. \u00d6zellikle Tip 1 diyabeti olanlara ve kan \u015fekeri kontrol\u00fc sa\u011flanamayan Tip 2 hastalar\u0131na oru\u00e7 \u00f6nermiyoruz\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karbonhidrat a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme kan \u015fekerini h\u0131zla y\u00fckseltiyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oru\u00e7 s\u00fcresince beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n daha planl\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Ak\u0131n, \u201cRamazan ay\u0131 boyunca mideyi uzun s\u00fcre tok tutan, sindirimi daha yava\u015f olan, protein ve liften zengin besinler tercih edilmeli. \u0130ftarda uzun saatlerin ard\u0131ndan bir anda k\u0131zartma gibi a\u011f\u0131r yemeklere y\u00fcklenmek yerine hafif bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yapmak ve ana yeme\u011fi yava\u015f yava\u015f t\u00fcketmek kan \u015fekerinin ani y\u00fckselmesini engellemeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Beyaz ekmek, pizza, makarna ve pasta gibi rafine karbonhidratlar\u0131n fazla t\u00fcketilmesi kan \u015fekeri dengesini bozabilir, bu nedenle bu besin t\u00fcrlerinin de porsiyon kontrol\u00fc k\u0131ymetli. Ayr\u0131ca iftar ile sahur aras\u0131nda yeterli su i\u00e7mek hem v\u00fccudun susuz kalmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler hem de g\u00fcn i\u00e7indeki kan \u015fekeri dalgalanmalar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmaya destek olur\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan diyabetliler i\u00e7in oru\u00e7 daha riskli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diyabete ek olarak hamile olan ya da b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunan ki\u015filerde riskin daha da artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Anadolu Sa\u011fl\u0131k Merkezi Hastanesi\u2019nden Endokrinoloji ve Metabolizma Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Fulya Ak\u0131n, \u201cKan \u015fekerindeki ani de\u011fi\u015fimler hem anne hem de bebe\u011fin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkileyebilir. Uzun s\u00fcre susuz kalmak ise b\u00f6brek fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 daha da zorlayabilir. Bu nedenle hamile diyabet hastalar\u0131na ve b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi bulunan diyabetlilere oru\u00e7 tutmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nermiyoruz.
