ve &#8220;su\u00e7tan kaynaklanan malvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlerini aklama&#8221; su\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik soru\u015fturma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kaydedildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u015fikayet \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen inceleme ve analizlerde, sosyal medya hesaplar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla EGEEN ve JANTS pay piyasalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu&#8217;nun 107\/2 maddesinde tan\u0131mlanan &#8220;bilgi bazl\u0131 piyasa doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; su\u00e7unun i\u015flendi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p><b>D\u0130\u011eER \u015e\u00dcPHEL\u0130LER\u0130 ARAMA \u00c7ALI\u015eMALARI DEVAM ED\u0130YOR<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde hareket ettikleri de\u011ferlendirilen toplam 22 \u015f\u00fcpheliye y\u00f6nelik \u0130stanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Kocaeli, Konya, Batman, Ordu ve Amasya&#8217;da e\u015f zamanl\u0131 operasyonlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi aktar\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015f\u00fcphelilerin adreslerinde arama yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, dijital materyaller ile \u015f\u00fcphelilerce su\u00e7tan elde edildi\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde de\u011ferlendirilen malvarl\u0131klar\u0131na ili\u015fkin ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n devam etti\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, &#8220;Soru\u015fturma, sermaye piyasalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcven, a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k ve istikrar i\u00e7inde i\u015flemesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve su\u00e7tan kaynaklanan gelirlerin ekonomik sisteme giri\u015finin engellenmesi amac\u0131yla \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve titizlikle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir.&#8221;
