Su\u00e7a kar\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015f PKK \u00fcyelerinin, bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde g\u00fcvenlik birimlerine ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131 halinde \u201cetkin pi\u015fmanl\u0131k\u201d<\/b><\/em> h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine benzer bir infaz rejiminden yararlanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Su\u00e7a kar\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olsa bile bu durumdaki \u00f6rg\u00fct \u00fcyelerine hi\u00e7bir ceza verilmemesi s\u00f6z konusu olmayaca\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n

Cezaevine girmeleri beklenmezken, belirli adli kontrol y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerine tabi tutulmalar\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda uygulanacak adli kontrol tedbirlerinin, herhangi bir su\u00e7a kar\u0131\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 halinde 5 y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
