Tabur Komutan\u0131 s\u0131fat\u0131yla, Srebrenitsa\u2019da Bo\u015fnak sivillerin Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler (BM) taraf\u0131ndan<em><b> \u201cg\u00fcvenli b\u00f6lge\u201d <\/b><\/em>ilan edilen alandan zorla \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 plan\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131na kat\u0131lmaktan su\u00e7lu bulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Mahkeme karar\u0131nda, Stanisic\u2019in Bosnal\u0131 S\u0131rp siyasi lider Radovan Karadzic ve askeri komutan Ratko Mladic dahil olmak \u00fczere S\u0131rp Cumhuriyeti ordusu ve polis g\u00fc\u00e7lerine bilin\u00e7li \u015fekilde yard\u0131m etti\u011fi h\u00fckme ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Stanisic&#8217;in denetimindeki 6. Tabur mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n, binlerce M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Bosnal\u0131 erkek ve \u00e7ocu\u011fun katledildi\u011fi Srebrenitsa\u2019dan getirilen esirleri teslim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Esirlerin Zvornik\u2019te bir k\u00f6y okulunda temel ihtiya\u00e7lardan yoksun \u015fekilde tutuldu\u011fu, darp edildi\u011fi ve en az 20 ki\u015finin burada \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirlenmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/srebrenitsa-soykirimindan-hukum-giyen-ostoja-stanisic-trafik-kazasinda-hayatini-kaybetti-0-EEHWlfNY.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>CEZASI 11 YILDAN 5 YILA D\u00dc\u015e\u00dcR\u00dcLM\u00dc\u015eT\u00dc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stanisic ilk olarak 11 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ancak yeniden g\u00f6r\u00fclen davada 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda cezas\u0131 5 y\u0131la indirilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/srebrenitsa-soykirimindan-hukum-giyen-ostoja-stanisic-trafik-kazasinda-hayatini-kaybetti-1-nDtzdDkh.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>SREBREN\u0130TSA SOYKIRIMI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bosna Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda 1992-1995 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ku\u015fatma alt\u0131nda tutulan Srebrenitsa, BM taraf\u0131ndan <em><b>\u201cg\u00fcvenli b\u00f6lge\u201d<\/b><\/em> ilan edilmesine ra\u011fmen 11 Temmuz 1995\u2019te Ratko Mladic komutas\u0131ndaki S\u0131rp g\u00fc\u00e7lerince i\u015fgal edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Srebrenitsa\u2019da aralar\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu en az 8 bin 372 Bosnal\u0131 erkek sistematik \u015fekilde katledildi.<\/p>\n<p>Srebrenitsa Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, Avrupa\u2019da II.
