Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin Derince\u2019ye kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 yeni belediye hizmet binas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar t\u00fcm h\u0131z\u0131yla s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Anadolu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Sanat ve Kongre Merkezi olarak yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanan ve daha sonra yap\u0131lan yeni planlamada Derince Belediyesi hizmet binas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen projede sona do\u011fru yakla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 bin 800 metrekarelik in\u015faat alan\u0131nda yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanan yeni hizmet binas\u0131 4 bodrum kat ve 5 normal kat olmak \u00fczere 9 kattan olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n

B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, kent genelinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmet binalar\u0131 ile hem vatanda\u015flara hem de belediye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck kolayl\u0131klar sa\u011flarken, ayn\u0131 zamanda kamu hizmetlerinde daha verimli bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Bu kapsamda Derince\u2019de yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden yeni belediye hizmet binas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir mesafe kat edildi. Fen \u0130\u015fleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme s\u00fcreci devam eden 9 katl\u0131 Derince Belediye hizmet binas\u0131nda ba\u015fkanl\u0131k, belediyeye ait idari birimler, 217 ki\u015filik meclis salonu ve ar\u015fiv odalar\u0131 yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Mekanik ve elektrik imalatlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra d\u0131\u015f cephede silikon cam cephe, kompozit kaplama ve mantolama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamland\u0131. Bina genelindeki t\u00fcm kap\u0131lar, yang\u0131n kap\u0131lar\u0131 ve \u0131slak hacimlerdeki kompakt b\u00f6lme kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n montaj\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken, kubbe ve d\u0131\u015f cephe cam korkuluklar\u0131 da yerlerine yerle\u015ftirildi. Boya i\u015flemleri ile birlikte baffle ve gergi tavan imalatlar\u0131 da tamamland\u0131. Trafo imalat\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131n\u0131n SEDA\u015e\u2019a devir i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek, sonras\u0131nda mekanik sistemler ve teknik cihazlar\u0131n devreye alma s\u00fcrecine ba\u015flanacak. T\u00fcm bu i\u015flemlerin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan bina, Derince Belediyesi\u2019ne teslim edilerek hizmete haz\u0131r hale getirilecek.<\/p>\n
