G\u00fcvenli s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n ki\u015fiden ki\u015fiye de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini belirten Anadolu Sa\u011fl\u0131k Ata\u015fehir T\u0131p Merkezi\u2019nden Kardiyoloji ve \u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Nevrez Koylan, \u201cKalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlar i\u00e7in kesin bir s\u0131cakl\u0131k ya da s\u00fcre e\u015fi\u011fi yok. Bu s\u0131n\u0131rlar ki\u015finin genel sa\u011fl\u0131k durumuna ve hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n derecesine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir. Ancak kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in en uygun aral\u0131k 18\u201324 derecedir. \u00d6zellikle 12 derecenin alt\u0131ndaki so\u011fuklarda kalp krizi riski artabilir. Ayr\u0131ca r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n hissedilen s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc unutulmamal\u0131 ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131da kalma s\u00fcresi buna g\u00f6re planlanmal\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan ki\u015filerin so\u011fuk havalarda g\u00fcnl\u00fck planlar\u0131n\u0131 yaparken kendi doktorlar\u0131na dan\u0131\u015farak ki\u015fisel risklerini ve g\u00fcvenli s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmelerinin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirten Anadolu Sa\u011fl\u0131k Ata\u015fehir T\u0131p Merkezi\u2019nden Kardiyoloji ve \u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Nevrez Koylan, \u201cSo\u011fuk havada v\u00fccut \u0131s\u0131 kaybetmemek i\u00e7in damarlar\u0131 daralt\u0131r. Tansiyon y\u00fckseldi\u011finde ise kalp kan\u0131 dola\u015ft\u0131rabilmek i\u00e7in daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak zorunda kal\u0131r. Bu da kalbin oksijen ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r.
