Osmangazi Belediye Meclis Salonu\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen e\u011fitime personel yo\u011fun bir kat\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6sterdi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m \u0130l\u00e7e Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde g\u00f6rev yapan Fizyoterapist P\u0131nar Aydeniz, masa ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ofis ergonomisi e\u011fitiminin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Masa ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n genellikle ba\u015f, boyun ve s\u0131rt a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131ndan \u015fikayet\u00e7i olduklar\u0131na vurgu yapan Aydeniz, \u201cOmurga sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in masa ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken belli egzersizler yapmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in d\u00fczenli y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ve egzersiz yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Oturma s\u0131ras\u0131nda v\u00fccudun uygun duru\u015f \u015fekli mutlaka sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Oturma pozisyonu en fazla iki saatte bir de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek hareket edilmesi zorunludur\u201d dedi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fizyoterapist P\u0131nar Aydeniz yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgilendirmenin ard\u0131ndan masa ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n mutlaka yapmas\u0131 gereken k\u00fclt\u00fcr-fizik hareketlerini uygulamal\u0131 olarak g\u00f6sterdi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bursa \u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde g\u00f6rev yapan Diyetisyen Canan Tanr\u0131\u00f6ver ise \u201cAmac\u0131m\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme ve hareketli ya\u015fam konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmak. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmenin temelini ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar olu\u015fturur. Ba\u011f\u0131rsak ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fini azaltmam\u0131z gerekir. Rafine g\u0131dalardan daha az beslenmeliyiz. Paketli g\u0131dalar\u0131 t\u00fcketmemeliyiz. Sebze, meyve ve kuru baklagiller gibi posal\u0131 yiyeceklerin t\u00fcketimini artt\u0131rmal\u0131y\u0131z. Beyaz unu tamamen b\u0131rak\u0131p, ata tohumlar\u0131ndan \u00fcretilen undan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ekmekleri t\u00fcketmeliyiz. Bol su i\u00e7meliyiz.
